I had read a lot of good things about nutritional lithium and how it may be beneficial for people with various neuro-behavioral disorders. I decided to purchase these gummies for both myself and my family to try out to see if it helps us with focus and concentration. The bottle states that you can take either 5mg (one gummy) or 10mg (2 gummies). I have been taking one gummy during the day and it seems to help me thus far. My teenager just started school again so I’m hoping to get her to start taking this. These taste good and they are sweetened with monk fruit and fruit flavors. There are 60 total in the bottle and the price seems reasonable, although there aren’t really many other gummy versions of nutritional lithium products to compare this to, so it’s a bit unique.

Although I can’t provide medical advice regarding the benefits or side effects of lithium, I can share my impressions of this product. It arrived well-packaged and clearly labeled. These sugar-free vegan gummies come in three different flavors and taste quite sweet, comparable to regular gummy bears despite being sugar-free.
Each gummy provides a 5 mg serving of lithium orotate and contains no unnecessary additives. They are not recommended for young children, as they might be attracted to the candy-like appearance. I’m optimistic about the potential benefits of this lithium supplement and will consider it for future use as needed.

These are the best tasting gummie supplement ever. Better than candy.
The effect is very subtle/ undetectable to me, compared to say, ashwagandha.
It’s too bad there is no third party testing. The main consumer advocacy group claims more than 1 in 5 supplements have problems with heavy metals ( you wouldn’t take a lead supplement would you?) or bacteria, and often fail to meet the stated amount of their active ingredients. I’d like to see all supplements have meaningful third party testing – ( UL, NSF, Consumer Lab or USPharmacopeia -any of the big four. ) – or my bare minimum made in a GMP certified facility.
Minus one star for that, minus one for my perceived effectiveness.

These are a great way of getting in your daily lithium supplement. The gummies have a nice flavor and texture, and I look forward to taking these every morning. I haven’t experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them. I definitely recommend this supplement.

I love how each gummy is 5mg, so if I feel like I want or need 10mg I can easily choose to have two instead of just one! I also like that the sweetener used is monk fruit, and not an unhealthy sugar. They taste good, the texture is nice. I’d definitely buy again.
