This supports the nervous system and brain well seemingly more for anyone with any of the various nervous system issues. An example… someone who was on lithium before and stopped taking it or was advised to stop taking it this can be a great alternative or even temporary treatment to help ween off of things especially if advised. That’s because Lithium in the right consumable or better consumable form can be healthy for many people at the right dosage needed/wanted.

Better than KAL brand in health food stores. Can actually feel this one gently taking affect, relaxing nerves. Has a flax seed fatty acid matrix which helps absorption. B-12 vitamin intake is important when taking lithium. 20mg equates to probably around 150mg lithium carbonate so don’t take more than one capsule a day and gradually taper off if it’s not for you.

Lithium orotate taken on a daily basis has given me my life back. I take two capsules twice daily. My mood is elevated and my anxiety a tiny trickle compared to the full flood it used to be. I feel mentally sharper, focused and more confident also. I don’t know why this product is not more widely available and its safer than the prescription lithium carbonate.

A couple years back, this product had only 20 mg of lithium orotate in it, which equates to about 0.19 Mg of elemental lithiumand they were sell it for $16 per jar. The wording on their Supplement Facts on the label used to read, “Lithium (as lithium orotate) 20 mg”.
They have more recently changed their product so that their Supplement Facts reads, “Elemental Lithium (from lithium orotate) 20 mg”, and their price climbed up to close to $40 per bottle since they are supposedly now supplying a full 20 mg of elemental lithium rather than the paltry 0.19 mg that they used to underhandedly pawn off on us consumers with their deceptive labeling. Everyone was always wondering how they could sell 20 mg of elemental lithium so cheap.

This is a great quality supplement for a low price. No fillers like magnesium stearate or cellulose, just a addition of a derivative of flax seed.
I started taking low dose lithium orotate upon the recommendation of Ann Louise Gittleman for helping your aging brain cope better. Every brand I looked at had fillers and flow agents I didn’t like and then I found this brand.
I don’t know if my brain works any better but I can say it’s not doing too badly. I can’t recommend taking it based on that summary but I can say if you want to try low dose lithium orotate this brand seems worth a try.

I ordered this as a welcome solution for not needing to take multiple 5mg tablets. I appreciate the 20mg in one capsule aspect! That was my reason for purchasing this; and I am not disappointed.
