I have been using this supplement for about 45 days and it appears to be working. I have noticed a decrease in the swelling in my legs and ankles.
The capsules are easy to swallow and have no discernible smell or taste.
The supplement appears to be working so I will monitor my swelling over the next 45 days and then I will be better able to assess its overall performance.

I didn’t have much hope that this product would help with swelling in my feet and ankles. I’ve had to wear compression socks on and off for a couple of years now. I despise the all-black ones that go up to my knees and make me look like the old guy when wearing them with athletic shorts and tennis shoes. My favorite ones are crew-type socks that go just above the ankle, but they have a tremendous amount of compression built into them.
I’m visiting my 94-year-old Dad. Every time I come here I have to mow his lawn and do trimming. This time the grass hadn’t been cut for over a month. So it was a mess (photo).
After putting over 13 miles on my feet today (screenshot), I really expected my feet and ankles to be puffy and swollen. But when I took my socks off, I could still see my ankle bones (photo)! I was so in hopes this would help me. My legs and feet were swollen so very bad. They hurt and I couldn’t wear my shoes. Decided to try this product however, it simply did not help. Maybe if I hadn’t waited

After taking this supplement for a few days I started to feel and see some results. It has made me need to use the bathroom slightly more, but it’s just doing the job to rid the retained water in my body. The capsules are easy to take with water and they don’t leave a phantom aftertaste. My legs have a bit less swelling and I can now put on and take off my rings from my fingers without struggling.
It does what it says, yet I can’t imagine that that you’d want to mix this diuretic with prescribed diuretics. You probably want to consult your physician if you’re on other meds that may not interact well with this type of supplement.

Works Okay but can be a bit better for ankles.
This works okay for water reduction, but can be a bit better for
the ankles. I work from home a lot so find myself doing too much
sitting all day. Along with my compression socks and this supplement
it helps to keep the swelling down as needed.
Take as directed, but for 3 a day I just take 1 capsule at various times
throughout the day. Seems to be too many to take all at once.
These do a decent job of keeping the excess water and swelling out
of the body.

I have had swelling in my feet for a few years now and was looking for a solution with these supplements. I have taken these now for awhile and have not noticed a difference in reduction of swelling. This bottle is a 90 count 3 a day capsule and upon opening the bottle your hit with a not so good smell. I also feel the price point is a bit high for a 1 month supple of supplements.
