Product arrived promptly and was as described. I ordered it for my son who recently suffered a TBI as the result of a car accident and needed a high dose omega 3 for the first couple of weeks post injury. He was on 10g and as this product has a high 3g per teaspoon, it was perfect that way. However, it is much fishier smelling and tasting than other brands of flavoured fish oil (though they are usually less than half as potent, so need to take more). He didn’t like the taste of this one (we have the lemon) but suffered through it. Now that he is on a lower dose Omega, we are getting the better tasting one, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one, despite the fishier taste. He has had a remarkable recovery from a moderate TBI, the experts are quite amazed. I am sold on the benefits of Omega 3 for sure.

This is the only product I found with the correct ratio of EPA and DHA. Very happy with the quality and IFOS status of the product, not as pleased with the price. The lemon is more like lemon oil flavor and I found the most pleasant way to take the daily teaspoon is with a green olive. I suggest taking this just before eating a meal to cut down on the occasional fishy burps that erupt from nowhere.

Highest amount of Omega 3s that I have found; 3,000 Omega, 2,000 EPA and 1,000 DHA. A bonus to have it in liquid formula as caplets, etc. may not be well absorbed due to digestion, break down in the body, etc. thus resulting in diminished effectiveness. However, great berry flavor sweetened with Stevia would be much better tasting as the taste of fish oil is slightly apparent.

Awesome high dose fish oil. 1 teaspoon and you have all the EFAs that you need for optimal health. It has a pleasant lemon flavor as well.

The problem I have with this product is it upsets my stomach. For at least 1 hr. after taking a teaspoonful I have a sick feeling and want to throw it up. The flavor going down is fine but no matter what I take with it (various types of food and fluids) I have the same result. Not sure if it’s because the dosage is so high or just the ingredients. I’ve taken other fish oil liquid before and not had this issue (Carlsons finest liquid fish oil). I hate to do it but need to throw out the rest of the container after only using about 2 oz.
