Taste like air freshener 😄 but this is not bad it’s not strong it goes away and if you take it with something you’re cool.

I prefer taking my vitamin, minerals, and supplements in liquid form but the downside to taking them in liquid is sometimes tasting the flavor of them. The flavor of this iron with b-complex, vitamin c, and zinc is nice. It doesn’t have a strawberry flavor to me though. I’m not sure how to describe the flavor as. It’s an interesting flavor and I don’t have an issue with it. I swallowed it under my tongue. I do dislike the greasy feel of this liquid iron though and I think that it’s the vegetable glycerin as listed on its other ingredients that’s creating this greasy feel.

This is Liquid Iron Supplement w/Vitamin C, B-Complex, High Potency Iron Liquid supplement from WellVeraVida brand. We have used WellVeraVida products before and liked them. This is a superconcentrated liquid iron supplement with added B-vitamins (B6, B7, B8, B12, folate), Vitamin C &A.
The recommended dose is 2mL per day so the 2 fl oz bottle will last a month. This is a great supplement for anyone looking to get iron. The liquid formula prevents constipation and is very easy to take. The strawberry flavor is pleasant. This is a great iron supplement!

This seems like a good iron supplement because it contains other vitamins such as vitamin c that assists with the absorption of iron. These formulations are what I look for in an effective supplement because I have issues absorbing nutrients.
This is so much better than taking pills! The flavor is decent for what it is.
Update- this helped to raise my iron level slightly. I repurchased and used it exactly as instructed for several months.

This is a great iron supplement alternative if you don’t like taking iron pills. I prefer to quickly drink it vs putting it into a drink. I tried that but I’m not a huge fan of the taste. Can’t help but feel like I’m drinking medicine for a prolonged period. I have happily not been dealing with the bowel side effects that often come with iron supplements and my energy is up!

I like the ingredient list of this iron supplement. I especially like it doesn’t have artificial sweeteners in it. I don’t like pills and the liquid route is much better. However, I would suggest you add this into food to make it more palatable because (to me) it tastes the way a scented body wash smells. The initial flavor is ok, it’s the aftertaste. I suppose that is to be expected considering the vitamins included and zinc always has a chalky bitter type taste. I have had just iron before and that favor is fine. I don’t even taste the iron in this formula so if you don’t like iron flavor, this might be a good option for you. This could certainly taste worse and I wouldn’t not buy it because of the taste. But, I would just point out it is better added in food rather than taking plain in my opinion.
