I recently began taking this so I can’t speak to its effectiveness just yet. I will update as time goes on.
As of my immediate impression, I do notice a slight increase in my energy levels which is huge for me. As a woman we are almost guaranteed to be iron deficient & this supplement helps while including extra beneficial vitamins on the side. The pineapple flavoring almost completely disguises the metal taste that’s linked with iron which is a huge plus.
I have a hard time swallowing pills so this liquid formula is not only easier on me but I believe fast absorption under the tongue.

I like that this is liquid iron and is flavored. Usually I take iron pills and it tastes like metal in your mouth. But this pineapple flavor masks the metal taste quite a bit but not fully. It seems to work and make me feel good and I appreciate that it is like a multivitamin, as most multivitamins that I see on the market do not include iron in them. I like to put the drops under my tongue for over a minute to make sure the vitamins and minerals get to the places in my body that is most needed (sublingual). This is also a good source of iron for vegans. I would order again.
