I ordered this product based on a friend’s recommendation, who raved about its taste and quality. Let me start by saying, the taste is genuinely good, but my experience with the product’s quality wasn’t as great as I hoped. When I opened the individual packages, I noticed that the powder inside was oddly chunky, almost like it had gotten wet or something. To be honest, I was a bit concerned, but curiosity got the best of me. So, I checked the expiration date, and it was still well within the safe zone. With a shrug and a “why not?” attitude, I decided to give it a try. After all, it couldn’t be that bad, right?
Surprisingly, I’m writing this review now, and I can confirm that I’m very much alive and kicking, with no weird side effects or anything. I’m not a scientist or anything, but I’m guessing the chunkiness didn’t mean the product had gone bad or anything. Phew!
Now, onto the good stuff. Despite my initial skepticism, I have to admit, the taste of this mysterious product is genuinely good. In July I was having dizzy spells. Went to the doctor, and he said you have to keep you blood pressure up, you need more salt and water. I already was drinking 64 oz of water a day. I needed to find away to drink more. I did some research and found liquid IV since I started using it, I’ve had no dizzy spells and it recommends one a day, hmmmm, I love the taste so much of the white peach that I drink it all day. More water check, more salt check, I am obsessed with this product.

we are subscribed to this product so we get different flavours delivered multiple times in a month. lately, there seems to be some sort of powder leakage, causing the individual packets to be all sticky on the outside. this has happened twice within the last three deliveries. other than that, we love them. delicious flavours and great way to hydrate. my favourite is the white peach one and it’s sugar free, too.

I use liquid IV almost daily. The white peach, lemon lime and pear are my favorite. This is probably most favorite flavor- I’ve bought this numerous times. I actually tend to prefer the sugar free option, there isn’t an artificial after taste.

these are great if you need to be hydrated and hate drinking water as I do. they help me get my liquid intake in for the day. kinda salty but I mix mine with Sugarfree water enhancer. keeps my thirsty to drink
