I am 62 and still working in an executive position. Been using this for a couple of months now and can tell a difference. Names come to mind easier now and I am remembering things easier as well. I take it in the morning because it seems to stimulate my mind and it’s harder to fall asleep if I take it in the evening. I have only taken this aa bery short time and feel so different. My thoughts are clearer along with my speech. My sleep schedule just went to normal in days. I was waiting to do a review, as I’ve only taken it for a short time, but learned pretty early not to take this afternoon or evenings…it gives me so much energy, I have a hard time getting to sleep. I’ve always been a pretty energetic person and usually only sleep for 6 hours tops anyway. But I do have some things in that it seems to be like my electrical system is revved and I still sleep only 6 hours but I feel more connected in a spiritual type of way electrically….I realize this don’t make much sense, it isn’t like it helps me to sleep better or that my dreams have become more memorable, which I hope those are the benefits as I take it once in the morning and am gonna wait till I finish the bottle to see if this needs more time for me to say anything more about it. It’s pleasant, tastes like water and if you want to, you can skip your coffee and just take this for sure….I went from two cups of VERY strong coffee to one a day and probably could totally skip it and feel like I do when I drink coffee. So if anything new comes along with this after the bottle is finished, then I’ll update this review.
