The flavor is yuck. You just have to hold your nose and go for it. I have been using in on and off for the past 2 weeks. My hair and nails are definatly benefitting. Tons of new baby hairs. It really works if you can get past the taste. I put it in a small glass with water, mix it up and shoot it.

Highly rated ingredient list but the taste and texture make it difficult to drink. I can’t even explain the taste. I thought it would be more light and refreshing. Started mixing with juice to make more palatable.
