While I like this product in terms of taste, value, ingredients, I did have to take a couple stars off for needing refrigerated after opening. I’ve used enough other brands to say this is the exception and when traveling, makes it inconvenient.

I sometimes dislike having to swallow so many pills a day. I’ve avoided taking calcium because of the size and number I’d have to take each day. I know that liquid form is more easily absorbed. So, I decided to try this calcium and magnesium drops to start getting the calcium my doctor ordered.
The liquid is light blue and raspberry-flavored. The flavor is pleasant. To my surprise, you need to refrigerate after opening. I couldn’t find that mentioned anywhere on the seller’s page. This makes it impossible to use while on the go. That should be stated so people know.
The serving size is 2ml a day. However, I can’t get the dropper to fill to the 1ml line. Sometimes, I can get it to .75ml, but most often, it’s .50. So, I have to make adjustments with multiple attempts to get the daily amount. It’s not a deal breaker for me; it’s just an inconvenience.
I noticed that the seller’s description states that it should ideally be taken after a meal and, if taken under the tongue to hold it there for 60 seconds. None of this is listed on the package or the bottle. If this is the best way to take it, then it should be stated on the box!
I like the forms used for the supplements as they are my preferred forms.
I am pleased with the product and feel it will be effective. If you want to try it, just be aware that it needs refrigeration, and you’ll have to take multiple droppers full to get the daily amount.

This is a great blend of supplements, calcium, zinc, magnesium, plus. It’s easy to take and the taste is pleasant. I like the idea of liquids versus pills plus the absorption rate is much quicker, especially taking it sublingually. Pills leave me with an aftertaste and this has a pleasant taste and it so easy to take. I noticed that I have a little more energy even though I have been taking it for a short time. I am thinking that this added Supplement was maybe what I needed along with my other daily supplements to give me the added energy and hopefully charged my immune system up a notch or two.
IMHO –
I really like this liquid supplement. I am very happy that it contains some of the most critical things that I need such as magnesium, calcium L-Lysine and zinc and all are in the proper most beneficial form.
It tastes good actually and is easy to take instead of having to swallow pills or capsules.
My recommendation: Always remember to refrigerate it, though, unlike other liquid supplements.
I almost did not do that and then took the time to read the box.
This would definitely be a supplement that I would order again and recommend to others.

This liquid supplement has a good ratio of calcium to magnesium which is important for balancing these minerals for the body. It has a pleasant taste and is easy to take. I like that it includes zinc as that mineral complements the magnesium for better assimilation. Overall this supplement is a good choice for calcium supplementation and is priced reasonably as well.

I take a magnesium supplement as recommended by my physician, so I’m always ‘on the hunt’ for the best constituents. The folks at Hollegend included the Magnesium that I’m after, plus 5 other ingredients that are complementary/synergistic with respect to bioavailability and absorption.
With 500mg of Magnesium citrate & 600mg of Calcium citrate (notice the citrate base) as a very solid start, they’ve included the L-lysine, D3 & K2 with an awesome dose of Zinc that exceeds the 100% RDA…it seems they’ve thought of everything with this preparation! All constituents are all in proper & complementary ratios – it’s a 6-in-1 boost for immunity, heart/muscle health and bone health. My body’s cells are getting all the important stuff that my regular supplements have left out!
With a citrus-like flavor that’s kinda tart & kinda sweet, it’s a very easy to take & actually quite pleasant flavor. The directions say you may take this supplement by adding it to water – but I’ll just keep taking it straight because it tastes fine on its own.
This supplement checks all the boxes for me. The dosage amount, all natural ingredients and flavoring and good taste make this preparation a welcome part of my daily regimen.
Very well crafted, this is just what I was looking for…two thumbs up!
