I have been taking these vitamins for a while since I switched from another multivitamin that contained an ingredient that raised my blood pressure. I have found them to be easy to swallow and the ingredients in the amounts I need for my physical and neurological needs. They have a full spectrum of ingredients. I feel better and feel the ingredients are good quality. I also feel you are getting a lot for your money. I read that liposomal supplements are better absorbed into the body so you are getting the most from your supplements. I recommend this product but please check the ingredients to see if they will meet your personal needs.

I really enjoyed this vitamin, I feel more energy and didn’t feel tired in the morning like usual. I like that it is gluten free and liposal so more of the vitamins are being absorbed. This vitamin didn’t upset my stomach which is surprising especially since it has iron. I will definitely buy this again especially since you don’t have the typical iron taste that happens with most iron supplements.

Actually, I was looking for a liposomal multivitamin and found this product on Amazon site and ordered one after reviewing the product reviews. I like this liposomal multivitamin because it has many necessary vitamins and minerals than the regular multivitamins, highly absorbable, and easy to swallow.
