I have been taking these vitamins for a while since I switched from another multivitamin that contained an ingredient that raised my blood pressure. I have found them to be easy to swallow and the ingredients in the amounts I need for my physical and neurological needs. They have a full spectrum of ingredients. I feel better and feel the ingredients are good quality. I also feel you are getting a lot for your money. I read that liposomal supplements are better absorbed into the body so you are getting the most from your supplements. I recommend this product but please check the ingredients to see if they will meet your personal needs.

I really enjoyed this vitamin, I feel more energy and didn’t feel tired in the morning like usual. I like that it is gluten free and liposal so more of the vitamins are being absorbed. This vitamin didn’t upset my stomach which is surprising especially since it has iron. I will definitely buy this again especially since you don’t have the typical iron taste that happens with most iron supplements.

Actually, I was looking for a liposomal multivitamin and found this product on Amazon site and ordered one after reviewing the product reviews. I like this liposomal multivitamin because it has many necessary vitamins and minerals than the regular multivitamins, highly absorbable, and easy to swallow. This is my 2nd time ordering this product and seems it is working for me – less tired when I get up in the morning and have more energy during daytime so I plan to continue purchase this product.

I’m usually too lazy to write product reviews, but I have been motivated to provide feedback for this multivitamin – possibly because it is so effective, and my energy level has picked up! I don’t know how much money I have wasted on various supplements and vitamins, but it is tragic! For one reason or another they end up rotting on my shelves for years after I buy them. In contrast, this multivitamin is easy to swallow, doesn’t have any unpleasant side effects, and has given me a number of noticeable benefits. Among those are: stronger nails and hair, my skin is brighter and firmer, my immune system is stronger and I sleep better! Overall, this multivitamin adds to my quality of life at 54 – and even has me feeling a few years younger!!
