I like this product bc it gives me the magnesium I’m missing from my diet in liquid form. I didn’t want to take any more capsules! It doesn’t taste bad, as I wash it down with a glass of water. I take 2 droppers each night. I also notice when I don’t take it, I don’t sleep as well.
