Plenty of people have commented on the ingredients and posted pictures of the nutritional information, so I’ll chime in and say I agree that I like what’s in the pouches. That said, it’s one of those “it’s almost good, but it’s not.” The flavor reminds me of a melted grape otter pop from the 80s. It’s close, but it’s not that. It’s got a slightly medicinal taste and an aftertaste that make it difficult to me to enjoy.
Mixed with something else, I’m sure it’s fine, but if I’m mixing it with something else, there’s probably a better way to get these supplements.
Dinging a star for personal preference, other than that, they seem fine.

Like all other supplements, they aren’t regulated by the FDA. That said they are also labeled with a GMP label so everything should be in order.
As far as what you get its not a bad supplement and the flavor is ok. Starts to trail off into that medicinal mineral flavor but not bad. I’ve had worse so I’ll only knock it one.
