I decided to try fisetin supplementation when I learned of the research showing it’s superior ability to induce apoptosis of senolytic brain cells. In other words, they found that fisetin is able to selectively destroy old malfunctioning brain cells that actually increase inflammation in the brain.
Sharoaid’s fisetin with quercetin seems to be helping me. I’m 63 years in age, and I’ve taken the two gelcap daily one week on/ one week off for about five months now. I’ve not seen any negative results, but my thought process has become more efficient, my interactions with people more pleasant, and a better sense of well-being in general has gradually become apparent.
Can I know for sure this is all because of fisetin? No, I cannot be sure. But I will say that I believe it could be worth your time and money to try it for a while.
When I started shopping for fisetin, it appeared that Sharoaid’s version was superior to other brands on Amazon and walmart.com., providing more fisetin for the money along with a good portion of quercetin ( which is also seen to have anti-senolytic properties in the recent scientific research).
I was reading the reviews for this product just now, and there are some interesting comments there. Some of them suggest taking 1500 to 2500 mg daily for three days only twice a month to get good benefits and avoid potential damage to chromosome telomeres in healthy cells. I plan to look into that and will probably go that route myself, in the future.
I recently started taking Sharoaid TUDCA and took a pause in fisetin supplementation because: One of TUDCA’s properties is that it is said to reduce apoptotis. TUDCA has some outstanding benefits for liver health and overall physiology as well. So my plan for the future is to alternate every five months between fisetin and TUDCA supplementation.

I purchased the Sharoaid brand of liposomal Fisetin supplements because I needed to replace my depleted stockpile of liposomal Fisetin and I balked at the price being charged by my usual brand, which only supplied 150mg of liposomal Fisetin, though it is lab tested.
These have 500mg of Fisetin per capsule and as a bonus they also have 100mg of Quercetin, another very important flavonoid I take in my age reversal efforts. The bottle says to take two capsules but in my opinion that is not necessary as the 500mg of Fisetin in one single capsule is equivalent to eating 250 strawberries, and strawberries are the richest natural source of Fisetin.
So, taking one capsule a day, I find these to be the most economical yet reputable (I think) brand of liposomal Fisetin available.

Fisetin supports senolysis and has anti-cancer benefits. I tried this product, never sure about its authenticity, but I was struggling to find any other liposomal version. Turns out it is fake – several brands of this product were 3rd party tested and this brand (also the Vitablosom brand) were shown to contain no fisetin at all. I tried another product, not liposomal, that had tested for a high content of fisetin, and it was a completely different experience. The strength of it’s senolytic effect was very strong, and I could literally, physically experience its benefits, including a huge energy boost. I feel ripped off by Sharoaid, and Vitablosom, but worse I am devastated because I am dealing with cancer and this supplement is important to me.

Please don’t take this everyday. This drug hits the problem and kills the bad cells then leaves your system within 2 days completely. Now you need to wait until the “bad cells” build up again. We don’t know enough about this yet to prove it’s safe to take everyday. Gb

This great product has that covered by being manufactured in a liposomal form which can be absorbed instead of just flushed out of the body. Since they can easily pass through cell walls, like free radicals can, they become known for their antioxidant, antiviral, antimicrobial and anti-inflamatory properties. And considered to have a protective function against aging that I can attest to for I have been taking this supplement along with many others for years. I’m 75 years old and my doctors are always telling after every check-up that I have the body of a 20 year old. I can’t recommend this supplement high enough!
