  • INCREASES MUSCLE PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY: Promotes lean muscle mass, strength, and athletic performance. It enhances physical endurance, power output, and muscle work capacity, enabling peak performance. Additionally, creatine aids in quicker recovery by reducing muscle damage and inflammation, fostering a sculpted physique and superior athletic prowess.
  • SUPPORTS BRAIN COGNITION: Emerging research indicates creatine’s potential cognitive benefits, including improved memory, attention, and overall brain function, by enhancing brain energy metabolism. Additionally, creatine shows promise in protecting neurons from damage and degeneration, supporting cognitive health and vitality, especially for aging individuals aiming to maintain mental acuity.
  • ENHANCED CELLULAR ENERGY & ATP PRODUCTION: Optimizes cellular energy production, fueling your body with ATP–the essential energy molecule for muscle contraction and performance. This translates to improved exercise capacity, endurance, and overall energy efficiency, empowering you to push further and perform at your best.
  • 10X BETTER ABSORPTION: Liposomal technology encapsulates Rho Creatine Monohydrate in tiny pouches similar to cell membranes, increasing bioavailability and absorption by up to 10X. Rho bypasses the digestive system, ensuring superior absorption over traditional capsule, pill, and powder supplements prone to minimal absorption and potential side effects.
  • CONVENIENT LIQUID FORM: Easily integrate Rho Liposomal Creatine Monohydrate into your daily routine with 1 serving (15ml or one tablespoon) per day. Enjoy the natural vanilla cream flavor by taking it straight or mixing it into a beverage of your choice. It’s sugar free, Keto, non-GMO, gluten, dairy & soy-free. Contains no fillers, binders, or artificial coloring. Manufactured in the USA in a cGMP facility and third-party tested.

I like that this version seems to help you target specific muscle groups to focus on. Seems to have elevated the effects of my workout but definitely makes a difference in how quick I bounce back after fatigue.

This Rho Liposomal Creatine Monohydrate might be Ultra High Absorbing, but I really didn’t love the flavor and it really didn’t mix well into my water, so even if it Promotes Lean Muscle Mass and increased workout energy, I think I’ll stick to my creatine monohydrate gummies. I really can’t tell a difference in my energy level or my recovery time either way, both seemed the same, so if everything is equal, I’ll kept the better tasting gummy.

Unfortunately, I can’t for safety’s sake try this supplement, even though I really, really want to. As you can see from my image, the cap was damaged in transit and the bottle was leaking a little. I don’t think it was tampered with, and it’s probably safe, but . . . ok, my wife won’t let me.

That said, I can review the idea behind this, which I love. Will it provide better absorption and noticeably better results. As for the former, I don’t doubt that it can. As for the latter, I do doubt that I would notice a marked difference between this and micronized creatine monohydrate. I personally would not pay the amount they’re asking for 30 servings. But, again, I do love the idea of liposomal creatine. I like the idea of a liquid I can just spoon down (taste doesn’t bother me, not that I tried this, again, unfortunately). I like the thin bottle that can be stored a lot more compactly than a big plastic jar. This would even be good to toss in a bag and take with you, but given my experience, I wouldn’t trust this packaging. It should be something a little more stout.

I went in pretty suspicious of this. but I got to say after using it that the performance and flavor are spot on and I genuinely didn’t expect it to be this solid overall. The texture and flavor are barely there and I feel like it easily mixes into most drinks, especially if you use it with ice.

The texture is a bit on the slippery slide. So I would highly recommend that you shake or very vigorously stir whatever you mix this in with to maintain that texture, and not have it throw off the beverage too much

This supplement actually tastes great to me and I take it straight without mixing it with juice or water. I can only describe it as a sort of lemony vanilla flavor. I really like that this creatine is sweetened with monk fruit and stevia and has no artificial colors or flavors. It is also GMO free, vegan and 3rd party tested for quality and consistency. The liposomal delivery system seems to be very effective because one tablespoon of this creatine with 3000 mg is actually more effective at helping my muscle recovery after a workout than other creatine supplements I you with a 5000 mg serving. I keep this in the fridge for optimal taste. Great stuff!

The standard dose of creatine monohydrate seems to be 5g per day based on many studies. I’m not sure if there are any studies backing up liposomal creatine being better absorbed, although many other liposomal supplements do have scientific backing. So assuming they’re correct and 3g of this type is equal to 5g of the powder, it’s still very expensive. It’s $41 for a 1 month supply. In comparison, I paid $10 for a 2 month supply of the powder. Add in that it doesn’t taste great, and I’m not sure why you would get this.

    Pros:
    – 3000mg liquid Creatine Monohydrate
    – Clear labeling noting Non-GMO, Gluten/Dairy/Soy-free, GMP-certified, Keto-friendly
    – Made in the USA

    Cons:
    – The taste in liquid form is not good

    Bottom Line:
    – This product’s ingredients appear to be of quality. The GMP-certification coupled with being made in the USA should confirm this. However, I believe that taking creatine either as a pill/capsule or as a gummy would be a better alternative to this liquid form, given it’s taste.

I ordered the product not for muscle mass increase, etc. but rather because Creatine Monohydrate increases cellular energy/ATP production which draws my interest as among other known benefits, it is recognized for supporting mental and visual health. Before seeing this information mentioned in the listing, I had not known that and so had not used Creatine.

Today everyone wants their medicine and dietary supplements to taste like dessert and manufacturers do often ‘creative’ things to try to oblige consumer demand in that area. But traditionally, it has been common for topical remedies to sting for a while, before soothing or healing begins and those which were ingested, with rare exception, tasted nasty! It was understood that if we were to gain the benefit, we just had to ‘deal with it’ (which, being a boomer, I can usually accomplish) …

The lyrics to a song in the Mary Poppins movie went “just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down”. I’m sure that Mary would nod her head with a ‘knowing look’ should she taste this product. I at the same time experienced strong bitterness and sourness (which I didn’t know was even possible) with slight notes which resemble the flavor of ‘lemon pie’ – unfortunately the word ‘vile’ comes to mind with every serving. The signature stevia/monk fruit aftertaste lasts for hours after drinking it.

I have *no doubt* that liposomal encapsulated Creatine delivered in liquid form offers quicker and better absorption than do powders and I believe that this product is quality. But, getting it down and is *really* difficult and that combined with its lingering aftertaste will prevent my reordering this product, or for fear of the same being true of their other products, ordering any of them.
