They’re easy to swallow with a glass of water or juice. There was no after taste that I noticed.

I’ve been taking berberine for a few months now and it definitely does seem like it helps me with PCOS-induced cravings. I was excited to come across liposomal berberine and I DO like it, I really do – but I also will be honest that I don’t see a huge difference between this and normal berberine. I don’t know if that’s because regular berberine already works really well on me so there’s nothing “different” to notice or if it’s because berberine isn’t one of those supplements that is enhanced in liposomal form. Regardless, I definitely didn’t see a decrease in its effectiveness, and if normal berberine doesn’t work for you, maybe it would reasonable to give this a shot to see if it does.

This works well for me and provides me the supplement quantity I typically would want. Some brands recommend quantities as high as 2,000mg, which seems excessive but the values here (with potential liposomal benefits) seem about right to me.
There are a number of claims on berberine’s benefits, to include improvements to the cardiovascular system and improved cholesterol levels. These are hard to identify through day-to-day observation, but some of them can be verified by blood tests, if you’re so inclined to determine how much benefit there has been for you.
I like this particular berberine but the price is on the higher end of the spectrum and other liposomal varieties are available for cheaper. I associate the Rho brand with quality and it may be worth it to pay a little more for something you can trust.

I’ve been taking these Liposomal Berberine Capsules for a little while now, and I’m pretty happy with them so far. I’ve read a lot about the potential benefits of berberine for metabolic and heart health, so I was eager to give them a try.
I appreciate that I only need to take one capsule a day. I haven’t experienced any noticeable side effects, and the capsules are easy to swallow. It’s too early to say for sure if they’re making a significant difference in my health, but I’m hopeful. Like all supplements you never really know what you are going but so far so good.
