These Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules are a great supplement for for Antioxidant support and for an energy boost. The capsules are easy to take and easy to swallow; there is no aftertaste and no gastrointestinal upset.
The capsules are vegetarian, and in addition, the product is soy free, gluten free, is non GMO and has no additives. You also are getting a supplement of Vitamin e, Co-Q10, grape seed extract, Biotin and several other supplements are are said to have a synergistic effect with the other ingredients.
