I am not sure about weight loss but I love the clean energy this gives me! They are easy to swallow. No taste or aftertaste. No jitters. I have energy throughout the day. I have not lost weight, yet. The only problem is the first few days I did have trouble falling asleep. I still had so much energy at bed time and I take them very early! My body adjusted after a few days. Hopefully weight loss will come with time. Most supplements that give me energy come with negative side effects and these do not. Would recommend.

Came in a 60 capsule / 30 serving bottle. Bottle was safety sealed around cap and under lid, bar coded, and stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 7/2027. Labeling indicates product is non GMO, gluten free, vegetarian, and has no added sugar. Ingredients include a proprietary “ketone” blend that is comprised of di-Beta-Hydroxybutyrate calcium, magnesium, and sodium. Additionally, product also delivers caffeine and capsicum from red chili pepper. Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scents or appearance.
Instructions state to take two capsules daily – and not to exceed four capsules in a 24 hour period. My initial impressions is that this supplement essentially seeks to boost caloric/metabolic burn by using caffeine to increase heart rate and red pepper to raise heat. Could it be more than just drinking a cup of coffee and eating a spicy meal? I personally did not experience any digestive issues or allergic reactions. I will update this review should I experience any tangible effects whether positive or negative.

As I once followed a restrictive Ketogenic Diet at one time, I’m quite familiar with how powerful exploiting Ketones are for weight loss. Exogenous Ketones are an immediate source of Ketones, without having to force your body into ketosis, where ketones are produced by your liver from fat when carb-based glucose is not present. This is why I was interested in giving this supplement a try, because the possibilities interest me. I recognize all of the included ingredients, which along with being made in the USA is a huge plus. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to experience the same levels of weight loss as with a Ketogenic diet, but my energy levels have improved. Perhaps continued use will end up with the results I’m anticipating.

I’ve been trying to get on a health kick in recent years, and while I’ve been going back and forth, I’m happy to report that my weight, in terms of numbers, continues to go down. I wanted to give this product a try, more so after I read the reviews of the product. I waited for the entire bottle to be finished before I wrote my review. First, there is a VERY mild peppery aftertaste when you take these pills. They’re the average size for a capsule, which may or may not be good for someone who has difficulty swallowing. As far as increasing energy, this is where the product shines. I oftentimes notice that supplements don’t work for me, but once I stop taking them, and I experience the drop-off in effectiveness, I realize that the supplement may have been working all along, and that increase in overall vitality just felt normal or average for me. But the increase in energy was definitely noticeable for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t really see the weight loss that I was hoping for. My weight DID decrease, but it did so incrementally that I cannot say with certainty that this supplement helped. Finally, this is only a month’s supplement, and there is no sure way to determine how long it can or should be taken for maximum effectiveness. Given how much this product costs, I think it’s a good alternative for coffee or energy drinks, but not necessarily as a weight loss supplement. So, the value for money, to me, is determined by which aspect of this product you most care about: having more energy or losing more weight.

I’ve tried many energy & brain boost supplements over the past couple of years. If I don’t feel something within an hour or so of taking the recommended Serving Size, it goes in the trash. This “Lipo Burn Keto BHB Exogenous Ketones Supplement” is slightly different, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Usually, I only take one pill or capsule of a new supplement the first time to ensure no adverse effects. I did the reverse with this product.
Yesterday, I took the Serving Size of two capsules, and in about 30 minutes, I started checking things off my to-do list. That’s half of my Gold Standard. That extra energy lasted a few hours and I got a really tough thing accomplished that I had been putting off doing.
This morning, I took just one capsule to see if I would experience a similar positive effect. Fortunately, I’ve had another energy boost that is practically the same as yesterday when I took two. This is the second half of my Gold Standard.
I can’t speak to the effectiveness of weight loss yet. But when I can take one capsule of a recommended Serving Size of two capsules and spend most of the day checking things off my to-do list, particularly an involved and challenging task, then this product meets my Gold Standard for energy-boosting supplements.
Everyone’s body is different. I’ve also noticed that the length and quality of sleep influence how my body reacts to these supplements. As I write this review, the current Subscribe & Save price for a bottle of 60 capsules is $17.99, or 30 cents per capsule.
Since a single capsule reacts well with my body, I think that’s a fair price to pay to increase my daily productivity and alertness. However, I realize that taking half of the recommended Serving Size might not give me the full fat-burning benefit. But if a bottle will last me two months instead of one, that’s a trade-off I’m willing to make.
