What I liked:
This Ellovi Natural Lip Butter Lip Balm (Original flavor) really is nice. Not only are the contents simple, the end product is effective at protecting your lips from the weather. I also love the oval shape these tubes employ. It slows the roll of typical chapsticks and also adds to the premium nature of the product. The balm really feels nice going on and leaves your lips soothed and protected.
What I did not like:
I’m not a huge fan of plain lip balms so I will trade up for a flavored version of this, but truly do like the way it works!
Overall:
5 stars for a simple, clean, well-done balm!

Kind of torn on rating here. I really dig this balm. I love the simplicity of the ingredient listing, that it’s unscented (in this case), how moisturizing it is. The tube itself is really cute and ergonomic. Sustainability and veg friendly is great. I think my only issue is really that it is kind of on the denser side (dry), but it’s not bad and the benefits absolutely outweigh any drawbacks. I think for the nature of the ingredients and quality it’s worth trying out, especially if you don’t want a balm that’s too soft.

This lip balm has a unique look and packaging, which I like. There isn’t really a taste with the “original” flavor. And the product does instantly relieve that chapped lip feeling.

First, have to say how much I like the design of this lip balm. It is a slim oval, so slips easily into a pocket or wristlet without a big bulge, and won’t roll away if set on a counter.
The balm itself is lovely. Went on very smoothly and my lips felt comfortably protected.
Seemed to last a good amount of time. The air is dry where I work, and I didn’t feel like I needed to reapply as often as my usual brand.
No tingling sensation – I’ve had that happen with other brands – but not with this one,
Quite a nice product.

I was excited to order these because I live in a very dry climate and always like to have chap sticks on hand. Unfortunately, these are just not worth $5 a piece. The texture is really hard so I have to press them into my lips firmly to use, which I don’t like doing because that can cause wrinkles. I though the product would soften with use but it doesn’t, it is hard every time. I feel like because of that the product doesn’t apply in a way that is very moisturizing- like it doesn’t build up nicely. Also, the oval shape of the applicator is awkward. I don’t really like these.

This is nice if you are looking for a really clean product that doesn’t contain any suspect ingredients. However, it’s drier than other lip balms I’ve used and a little less moisturizing. But, it does work. I like this for the clean aspect, but it just isn’t as nourishing as other lip balms.

This moisturizing lip balm is very nice! It came sealed really well in a plastic pouch and the balms themselves have a safety seal on them. They glide on nicely and leaves the lips feeling nice and balmy while not being sticky. They don’t have any scent or flavor so if you’re sensitive to that you don’t need to worry. Highly recommend!
