When I order this product I am ordering as it shows on the description. It’s not what I received. First the colors are off they don’t come with the pump needed to use! It doesn’t work as well as the product I’m use to use. Same manufacturer but not the same! Quality is not what it should be!!

I have never had acne, however during summer, my pores become a bit large and the texture of my skin mostly on the forehead and malar areas was dull, prone to redness and breakouts, the pores where enlarged, and I was not happy. After just washing my face in the morning and night the texture of my skin changed and it looks soft and healthy. I obviously use moisturizer and sun screen, but I did before too and still it was not great, so washing my face made the difference. The morning one is very nice, it has maybe some menthol, and it literally wakes me up, it feels refreshing and toning. The purple one doesn’t have that effect, but is soothing and you go to bed feeling your face clean and fresh. I love them. I have been using them for a while already, and will continue to do so.

I bought this for the sole purpose of having the pumps on top of the bottles. And they didn’t come with them like it was advertised in the example photo. It’s not hard to provide a customer with what they paid for.

My husband likes this product but it was shown with a pump and did not come that way. Very disappointing … he will keep it but will look elsewhere to get with pump.

My parents once asked me why my face is so orally. It’s because I’ve been working so many hours at night. I come home. I wash my face every night. So I decided to use some of the stuff. I’ve been using the morning face. Wash and the night face wash. I supposed to get it with a pump, you know. You used to pump with your hand. Nothing, not the other bottle.
