While these supplements are titled “15 Day Colon Cleanse” please pay particular attention to the directions that advise user to take 1-2 caps up to 7 days. Days 8-15 are intended for consumption of fiber and water. Following these directions, this is a minimum of two cleansings per bottle.
I like that the bottle is clearly marked as made in the USA in a GMP facility and lab tested. AT .66 per day, these are a great value with an affordable price point. Of note, I woke on day 2 with mild cramping.

My wife wanted these, so I ordered them. She went over the ingredients and they were all similar to other cleanses she’d done in the past, but it didn’t list the amounts of each, just the total. She took one late last night, all seemed well, had some coffee and a pastry this morning and bam, something hit her. Only, it wasn’t the normal cleanse she was accustomed to, it was harsh cramps. She compared it to contractions. Seeing as I don’t have any comparison myself, just going off what she said, it’s about the worst feeling and least pleasant one she’s ever experienced. Now, she’s had more than one child, so for her to compare the result of this cleanse pill to child birth, that doesn’t bode well for me. The pain was so bad she considered going to the ER at one point, and the only thing that stopped her from doing that was falling asleep while we were getting the kids to bed.
I don’t expect that this is a common result, and it definitely cleansed some things so she said to give it a 3 on the cleansing aspect alone. We’ll see how she feels come the morning and update if anything changes

That’s kind of the vibe I had been worried about when I ordered this supplement, but so far it’s been smooth sailing. These pills are easy to swallow and I’ve suffered no unforseen effects!

The cleanse arrived as described with no issues. All safety seals were intact and had an expiration date of 5/26.
The capsules are easily swallowed with liquid and I consider them average in size. They have no taste or smell. I saw not listed in the ingredients that caused me concern.
So, effectiveness…highly effective and will provide a natural detox/cleanse. That is likely all you need to know. It does what it says and I advise taking over a weekend to see how you react to it.
Overall, it works, it was not a terrible experience for me but I would recommend to others taking over the weekend to ensure your close to a bathroom.

I’ve used thia for 5 days now of the 15. Its more like a super soft laxative, what it has excelled at tho is making me feel bloted and full. Ao its kimda doing a great job as a diet pill. I haven’t relly been hu gry but its mad.me use.the bathroom a lot. Unlike normal laxativez i dont feel super dehydrated, but have found my lips to be a bit dry. Does cause some crapms right, but thats been direcrlt related to using the bathroom and then its gone. Honestly i would probably concider using it again if i wanted to shead some weight.

I generally try to do a cleanse a couple of times of years to deal with bloating and to help reset my gut. Many cleanses are quite expensive, so I am glad to have found an effective one at this price point. Product does have a laxative effect and the exact effect can vary from user to user, but in my cases, I opted to take 1 capsule daily to experience a more gentle cleanse. Definitely notice that it still helps with bloating at this dosage, but you can always adjust the dosage for your needs/ depending on your system and desired benefits. Highly recommend.

Not going into all the details, but, if you need a cleansing, get you some of these! I didnt realize how badly I was stopped up, but now I know. Not sure if I need to continue to use them, or only use as I need them, but they work!

I have used something similar to this in the past and like it as part of my recent weight loss routine. The bottle says serving size is 2 capsules, and there are 30 in the bottle. Personally I like only taking one per day, at night before bed. When I go to the bathroom in the morning, I can tell it works and I don’t feel bloated. It doesn’t upset my stomach or bother me at all. Overall I like these and would recommend them.
