This isn’t medicine, so don’t expect miracles. Seems to help as a preventive measure for Gout, but doesn’t seem to do anything with active flare-ups. Will continue to purchase.

I normally do not write reviews, but I decided to because this might be able to help someone. I was diagnosed with gout about three years ago. For people who suffer from gout, you know it is an awful thing and you will do anything to make the pain stop, and even more to not let the pain ever start. I was taking allopurinol for the last three years and it worked. The bad side effect of this though was the first time I ever started taking allopurinol. I had the worst gout attack I’ve ever had. After I made it through that and I was told this is a side effect of taking it then I was fine. I decided I did not want to be on medication the rest of my life and did research on a lot of alternatives. I found this and started taking it alongside the allopurinol to begin to wean myself off from conventional medicine. After supplementing both together then I went to two tablets a day. 90 days ago, I completely went to just this natural supplement and no allopurinol. I am happy to report that I have not had any gout issues whatsoever. I wanted to take a while before I would leave a review to make sure this really was truly working for me. I would say going over 90 days plus and not having any side effects is a good indicator that this seems to be working and I thought I might let other people know this because I was looking for someone to give a review something like this to reassure me before I tried it. I am not making any medical recommendations just sharing my own experience, and I hope this will help some of you all!

Have been taking this for awhile, have been watching what I eat , red meat once a week, no processed meat to speak of and still got a cash of the gout!
After this bottle will be trying something else, do not believe that this has helped!

Four years ago I started getting gout attacks, but only then I didn’t know it was gout. Never had anything like that before in my life and I was in my early 40’s. I regularly worked out four times a week so hell, I thought I had overdone it on legs day, lol. I continued to deal with the pains over the next 3 plus years, show you how stubborn and dumb I was. For a while, the pain got so bad to where I couldn’t even walk. I had to craw to get from point a to point b. Just earlier this year we had record snowfalls in WA and the pain was so bad that I couldn’t even show up to run my restaurant. I can see the looks on my customers and employees face that they felt sorry for me having to deal with so much pain and yet I’m not even 50. Finally someone mentioned gout and long story short, I did what 95% of American would do next and that is to go straight to Amazon to get the fact, lol. After trying a couple of Tart Cherry extracts, it helps somewhat but it’s an expensive route. I’m ashamed to admit that I was trying to be cheap, I know that’s so stupid when it came to one’s health to be counting pennies but the ads for $12 and some change caught my attention. I bought a bottle and now on my 3rd bottle, and no pain what so ever. It worked within a few days of taking it. Sure it’s a little nuisance feeling the gout attacks from times to times but absolutely no pain and it never kept me from doing any type of activities. I’m now age 72. I’ve had gout since April 2010, and have had 15 attacks in almost 12 years, although most of them have been minor and only 4 have been major. The first one in April 2010 was major, one in April 2015 was the worst, and on both occasions I got one-time prescriptions of colchicine, but I have never permanently gone on colchicine or any other prescription medicine. Instead, I try to abide by a gout-preventative diet but occasionally get lackadaisical or careless and mess up, or I learn something new about what’s not gout-preventative or gout-neutral but an attack risk. Another of the 4 major attacks was in October 2013. My most recent attack began January 3, 2022, after 22 months without an attack and then dietary mess-up, and within a few days it had become one of the 4 major attacks mentioned above, either second or third worst with the 2010 attack being third or second and the 2013 attack being fourth. After about eight days of sometimes misery and minimal improvement if any, an order of the Natures Craft Uric Acid Formula arrived in the postal mail. I took two capsules, and together with ibuprofen and foods I have grown more confident of than others, my pain substantially decreased, and my resultant mobility greatly improved, within about 24-30 hours. The tart cherry extract the formula contains is an obvious plus, if you’ve read anything about gout and what’s said about cherries, but the other ingredients are probably well thought-out, also, and highly supplementary in importance. Basically, you’re trying to not just reduce the inflammation but also to work at dissolving the jagged crystals causing the inflammation and pain in your big toe knob or wherever. One last aside from my 15 attack experiences is that I have come to doubt that foods that are supposed to be good for gout prevention are still good, or even okay, to eat once an attack has happened. You may have to experiment.
