I can’t find these in stores around where I live anymore, so I’m glad to be able to not only find them on here but in a larger box than the stores used to carry. I tend to use them for when I get a migraine as well as that overheated feeling from a fever, so I’ve stashed them all around the house in my migraine emergency kits. They’re very soothing, and much less of a pain to use than ice packs, plus I don’t have to go searching for the freezer when I can’t see straight. It says it’s for kids, or kid size or something, but I’ve found the adult-size are actually way too big for my forehead, and these fit very well. I’ve found it usually lasts for about 8 hours, so I can put it on at night and take it off in the morning, but they’re cheap enough I can use them for less (usually not less than 4 hours). Note: not reusable. Don’t even try, because it won’t work. Each packet has 2 inside, and the directions say to fold the top down to preserve the other one in the packet once it’s opened. I’d suggest also using a plastic ziplock bag if you don’t think you’ll need the next one within a few days though.

Great item. How many times do people say that their tummy is upset after eating and would love to have a natural remedy at hand. My wife has a medical condition where she has to take a high dosage of probiotics every day and I use them when my stomach isn’t great, hey really do work. Now we have a supply with us all the time which is great. Good price too.

I was having problems with constipation and did not want to take OTC laxatives. So I went in search of CKLS because my Mother used to swear by this stuff. So I want to write this review, because I wanted folks to know that this stuff still works. YES like always the taste is ugh! However, I took it how my Mother Recommended – Day 1 – 4 pills, Day 2 – 2 pills. BOOM worked like magic! I had a regular bowel movement, and next day another one. I will continue to use it now as needed.
DONT believe the old reviews saying it does not work. These are herbs so you have to take them more than one day to see a natural result. My method about was because I was severely constipated. Try it, these are fabulous herbs and my Mom was a patient of Dr. Gods’ for over 20 years…hence I went on the hunt for CKLS.
