I’ve used quercetin for a while with no side effects. Same with these capsules. I do use it in combination with other supplements.
This is a 0 capsule size. Not the huge capsules, but not the small ones. I take capsules this size with a milk product to make it easier to swallow.

I always make sure I take Quercetin in the winter months for an immune support booster. However, I never tried a liposomal version. It’s non GMO, made in the USA, 3rd party tested, and manufactured in a GMP facility. One bottle will last two months by taking one capsule a day. The capsule is easy to swallow and I experienced no upset stomach or other adverse side effects. There are no preservatives, additives, or other unwanted ingredients. Thumbs up!

I always prefer taking naturally derived supplements to OTC medication whenever possible. I decided to start taking quercitin daily during spring pollen season. O Lipossomal Quercetin da Life’s Fortune tem a mesma composição de ingredientes que o da Thorne Labs, mas é mais barato. Não tenho certeza se a qualidade e a mistura estão nas mesmas proporções, mas é meio reconfortante.Eu fiquei sem o meu outro suplemento de Quercetina e decidi experimentar este. Ele foi enviado rapidamente. É uma cápsula gelatinosa de tamanho médio-grande e amarela. Eu posso ter problemas para engolir, mas até agora estas têm sido fáceis de engolir.
