good packaging, labeling, ingredients, and capsules. They are easy to swallow, and no bad flavors. a good option to get your omegas!

These fish oil capsules are on par with others on the market in size and shape. I don’t have a problem swallowing large capsules so these are easy for me to take. I do appreciate that they are coated and I did not experience any fish burps from them. I like that the information in this listing says that they are distilled to remove PCBs and mercury. It also says that the fish oil comes from wild sardines and anchovies fished in pristine waters in South America. The bottle, however, indicates that the fish oil is refined from anchovy. I don’t like that there is no mention about whether the fish is sustainably caught – especially if it is being fished in pristine waters. These fish oil capsules are more expensive than the ones I have been taking, but they contain quite a bit more Omega 3s, almost twice as much according to the label.

This supplement contains a good amount and mixture of omegas. As with any Omega 3 fish oil capsules, they are large. I do not have an issue with swallowing pills/vitamins of any sort, so that includes these. When I open the container, there is definitely a fishy smell but there is absolutely no aftertaste or burping, for myself or my husband. It does say it’s derived from wild caught fish, GMP stamp and also says Lab tested, but not ‘3rd party tested’, if that matters to anyone. I feel like it’s a reputable company and a good supplement for those wanting to get their omega dose!

I purchased this supplement for my mother and she has mentioned that it’s been beneficial for her. The bottle contains 120 softgels, which is a two-month supply. I believe it’s worth giving it a try.

This is a pretty sweet fish oil supplement whose size matches its benefits. Others have mentioned this already, but – it’s huge! Gargantuan compared to the last supplement I was taking. Ok, I may be exaggerating, but it is pretty big. With that said, I do not recommend for those who have trouble swallowing large pills. This has 2500 mg of Omega 3, which is right up my alley. While large, they’re not difficult to swallow, and have no bad side effects, such as fish breath, burp, or upset stomach. This is a high quality Omega 3, and I recommend!

My wife is super sensitive to fish oil pills and omega supplements. We’ve tried a LOT that claim no burps that taste like the ocean will be burped – only to find out that isn’t the case at all. In this case, it is true. Neither of us can taste the sea so what’s on the front of the bottle on the label is fact
