I’ve tried these entirely (taking my last 2 today) and unfortunately I don’t think these made a real difference. I’ve had days using them and days without, however I was pretty consistent with use and felt no difference on days I took them and days I didn’t. I felt way better when eating actual dates or iron rich foods such as red meat, to where it was a game changer. These gummies never made me feel close to what eating foods with high iron actually does.
I don’t know if I just received maybe a defective batch, because I was pretty hopeful with the such high reviews this has. My container also ended up having gummies that stuck together into one big ball, so everyday I had to take a fork or metal straw to remove them from each other to get single gummies. Not the end of the world but was definitely annoying. This is my 2nd time ordering these and I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing.
Taste is okay which was important to me, doesn’t taste bad. Make sure you chew thoroughly before swallowing.

I got these gummies for my daughter who doesn’t like to swallow a lot of pills. She hated the taste of them so much that she couldn’t finish her second one. I tried them and they have a very distinct metallic aftertaste that hits shortly after you start chewing.
She described it as tasting like metal and like bile in her mouth. I agree with the strong metallic taste and I can see where she might confuse the coppery aftertaste as similar to bile.
So while I could power through them, if you are getting these for a child or someone sensitive to taste, find another option. I can’t speak to how effective they are since I will be finding a different option.

These gummy iron pills work amazing my granddaughter uses them because she is iron deficient but any iron she talk. She would get an upset stomach and wanna throw up these do not do it to her. She loves them.

I struggle with anemia and should be taking different pills but they hurt my stomach, cause constipation, and taste like a mouthful of blood for hours after I swallow them. These gummies aren’t very grape tasting, the texture is a bit different than a traditional gummy, and there is a slight blood taste while chewing. I still recommend these 100%. The aftertaste is gone within a minute of chewing them, and I have none of the side effects of other formulations. It may not be ideal for some but so much better than anything else I’ve tried so I’m sticking with them.

This may not be the most delicious, but it’s the only iron gummy supplement that doesn’t give me headaches and nausea. I’ve bought three bottles. I tried other iron supplements with higher dosage, but they all made me nauseas. I am anemic (hemoglobin level of 7), so I have to take these due to my high monthly period blood loss.

I’m going on a gummie binge lately. All of my supplements are coming out in gummie form. It’s getting to the point that they are replacing my need for sweets. Any how, getting up in age I need to replace some nutrients I’m low on. This is the yummy way to do it. The pacakging across all this companies gummies is uniformly good. The taste of all these different gummies varies, and these are just as good. No giant pills to swallow anymore. Fast shipment and reasonable price.
