These were the only vitamins that had the recommended dosage of Vit D and Calcium for my daughter, which was great. The only issue is they are pretty big. Kids still were able to eat them, just bigger than expected.

This is the worst gummy vitamin ever! It tastes awful, it is HUGE for being a children’s supplement, you can’t chew it (it’s like rubber), and it’s a chocking hazard for my little ones since it’s not easy to chew. I tried it and decided right then and there that I could not give this to my little ones. My husband tried it as well and agreed. Do not waste your money on this garbage! I bought two of them and the item is non-returnable, so I cannot even return the unopened one, but I hope this review will help someone else not waste money on this awful Vitamin D and calcium supplement.

I like the taste of these gummies; they don’t leave the typical chaulky taste in my mouth that other calcium supplements do. However, they taste stale & very chewy with a very dried up sugar coating, even though they do have an expiration date of February 2026 I noticed. The price is not bad, but they’re only good for 30 days and then you need to buy more. They also deliver 500 mg of calcium in two gummies …but I do wish they’d offer straight calcium gummies without additional supplements. I rated them 3 stars as they have as many positive as negative points.
