Nice scent, some days I think it smells strong but other days I love it. It really spreads far, so it’d be hard to judge amount you’re applying for magnesium if you’re measuring. Might as well forget about measuring, just apply as needed throughout day or evening. It is a little tacky feeling. It my not bother some people.

After researching help for RLS, this product came highly recommended. However, It didn’t give me as much relief as I needed. The cream did help somewhat as my legs were a little less restless when using it. You’ll definitely want to use gloves or wash your hands well after applying. It didn’t have as much of a moisturizing effect as I expected. It has a slight odor that I didn’t care for. All being said, there will be some who may have a better experience. I wouldn’t recommend getting a large bottle until you see how well it works for you.
EDIT: bumping my review from 3 stars to 4: Because I was not fully satisfied with the product I received Life-flo from the Healthway Shop offered me a full refund. It’s very refreshing to see a seller take the initiative to correspond and try to make things right. Excellent customer service means I will try other products from this seller.

My family loves this product. I was having alot feet, leg,& hand pain & my husband also. A friend found this & gave us a couple bottles. We tried it & love it. It helps relieve the pain & relax your muscles & we are able to sleep better. One of my sisters has developed a heel issue that causes chronic pain in her foot & I bought some this lotion & told her to try it. She said she didnt think it would do anything but tried it. She loves it . Said it was amazing!!! Weve gotten several family members & friends to try it. All are amazed by it & faithful users of it now. I use the Coach Soak recovery bath soak after training Brazilian jiu jitsu and it really helps calm my nervous system and alleviates soreness. I’m not always in the mood to sit in the bath after training and I hoped this lotion would do the same. I don’t think it did anything and it left a film on my legs that didn’t go away until I showered.
