Product packaging is good and delivery by the seller was before time. I purchased this product after seeing a video about the difference between R Alpha Lipoic Acid (RALA) versus Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). RALA has much higher absorption into the body than ALA. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and had been taking ALA for a while with no noticeable difference. After starting on RALA (this brand) I found some improvement in my peripheral neuropathy symptoms within a short period of time. It take one capsule daily. I believe I need to take this supplement for a while (a few months) before I see more results. So am very happy with this supplement. The downside is that this is an imported brand and very expensive. If the price can be more affordable that will be a big plus.

R-lipoic acid is so much more potent and absorbs so much better than regular alpha-lipoic acid. I take R-ALA as an amazing remedy for many things: it restores my blood sugar levels, my metabolism, hormonal balance, lung health,my asthma, and it gives my skin a continuous, vibrant, and youthful glow. I feel it working in my sleep. It can be taken anytime with or without food, but The best way to get benefits from just 1 a day is with water on an empty stomach in the PM. The antioxidant I never knew I needed. I cant say enough good things about this ALA. I just know I will not go without it ever again. It helped me get my taste back after an illness. I literally couldnt taste or smell for a week, lost almost 10 lbs, and didnt want to eat. I literally mean, NO smell – my dog had an accident next to my bed and i couldn’t smell it (so gross). I took this out of the capsule one night and couldnt taste it. The next day i did the same thing and it burned all the way down, never have been so thankful to experience that unpleasant thing! I think it was literally restoring my senses, it never burned again after that (i take it out of the capsule since i cant do pills/capsules). It worked within a couple of days for said reason. Really very thankful to have found this product, so thank you LE for producing it. Will definitely purchase again!
