This works great! My kids were not sleeping at bed time, didn’t matter how much of a bedtime routine we did, as soon as we shut the door to their bedroom they were awake and would look at books, or come out 50 times a night – haha. We decided to try this, only a third of a dropper every night before bed. They fell asleep instantly, loved the taste of it. We did it for 2 months and stopped and now they go to bed and fall asleep all on their own! My kids are ages 2, 6, & 8. Talk to a doctor first before using!

Very sweet citric taste. Very fast acting 30-60 minutes. No dreams or nightmares or side effects. Very powerful 3mg melatonin. Competitively priced.
This is the strongest 3mg liquid melatonin ever taken and used.
Tried 0.5 ml (or 16 drops) and created a lethargic and sluggish feeling the next half day.
Tried 3-6 drops still awoke during night and tried another 3-4 drops. Max 8 drops best. Still slow to take effect and sluggish the next day. Stopped its use after few times. Taking less was not enough and taking more was too much. Sometimes used about 3 drops of this liquid as a quick and lesser supplementary. Prefer 1.5 and 3 mg pill nightly with more success. Would not buy brand again as too powerful and sluggish.

I generally love Life Extension brand but this was a huge disappointment. I had been using a spray from a different brand but decided to try this because it offered an appropriate amount of melatonin (low) and was a lot cheaper than the spray. Nope. The taste isn’t great and it lingers and becomes very “chemically” tasting enough that I have to rinse my mouth out. Yuck. I’m going back to spray.

I don’t often write reviews but this supplement has been such a positive addition to my life that I just have to spread the good word. I’ve tried every type of melatonin (honestly, there isn’t a brand at Walgreen’s that I haven’t tried this for this supplement). While results for all others have varied, it took me years to first realize that SUB-LINGUAL MELATONIN is optimal for me (it’s the BEST WAY to ABSORB IT in my opinion) and then to find the AMOUNT & POTENCY / FORMULATION that gives me the results I want. I don’t want to have to wait hours to fall asleep/not feel anything. I also don’t want to feel hungover the next day from taking it. Most importantly, I want to have a really good sleep that lasts a long time. This product does EXACTLY THAT. It tastes delicious in the mouth and comes with clear directions. The only caveat I can think of is that I almost always get one or two very in-depth dreams, but that’s a small price to pay for waking up feeling like I resolved my sleep debt or finally gave my body the rest it needed. I highly recommend it.

This brand of liquid melatonin works wonderfully. I have severe insomnia and am on three different sleep medications. Adding 2 droppers (6 mg) of liquid melatonin really helps on those nights I just can’t get sleepy soon enough. I take it sublingually (under the tongue) so it absorbs faster and am tired within 30 min. Combined with magnesium glycinate and I’m really sleepy. I don’t mind the vanilla flavor, it’s pleasant. My only complaint is that it’s very sweet but otherwise this is a great high quality melatonin that works fast since your body doesn’t have to break down all those binders and fillers you’d get with a pill version. As someone who hates taking pills, this is a wonderful way to get my melatonin without the bother.

I love that this works fast and easy. For myself, I take 3-5 drops and for my kids I give them one single drop. I only use this if my kids’ sleep schedule is completely out of whack and we need to get back on track (maybe once a month if that)
My kids love the taste! Many people complain about the taste but I don’t mind it either. Just tastes like sweet vanilla to me.
Our whole family loves it and a bottle has lasted us over a year! We just ordered our second bottle.

I work graveyard shift and have a difficult getting to sleep most days. I’ve found that melatonin is a tricky thing because some brands work really well, others don’t seem to help and some are just alright. I’ve tried different capsules from Life Extension and overall find they work with my much better than other brands, but I find this liquid form works very well for me and better than anything out there.
I couldn’t get this for a couple of months and tried two other brands liquid melatonin without much luck. When I was able to purchase this again I was happy and sure enough, it worked much better than the other brands I used.
As I mentioned in the title, keep this under your tongue for about a minute or so to make it work considerably quicker than capsules or pills if you need to fall asleep faster.
