Years of fibro pain slowly getting better. Needed two to three pills first week taken when waking up on empty tummy. Had Herxheimer effect (felt worse) for a few days, headache and achy. Now on a second bottle and feeling better.

I bought this a while back but hadn’t taken it yet, as I was hesitant. I try not to take too many supplements but I am on a journey to feel better without medical intervention.
