I’ve been taking creatinine in my drinks for a few years but never had capsules and now I had to travel to Europe where I was expected to walk all day long during hot summer.
I did my search on internet and found life extension affordable so I bought one bottle.
Everyday in the morning before breakfast I took three capsules for two weeks and within a few minutes I felt muscle strength and balanced energy all day long. My travel buddies couldn’t catch up.
I’m amazed the creatinine scoop I’ve been mixing in my drinks does not make me feel that way.
I checked and hope if they also sell a container package I’ll definitely switch to this brand but they only have capsules.

I turned 50 this year and regularly walk, do natural squats, pushups pull over roll over and other stretching exercises for 2 to 3 hours a week.
My diet is predominantly high protein red meat, poultry and fish.
I sleep 6 to 8 hours
I usually have omad with an eating window of 3 to 5 hours a day. I regularly eat milk dark chocolate bar in the evening as a dessert.
1 cup of coffee with a spoon of butter, pinch sea salt and chocolate powder, aspartame in the morning.

I work in delivery carrying heavy items and started feeling weak and sluggish. I was looking for that extra little kick to get my energy back and energy drinks were not really doing it for me. I decided to try these out and from the first serving…. boing… up and running with just the right amount of energy I needed. Been taking these every day and love the extra boost. As far as muscle gain, havn’t seen any noticible differences, so if that’s what you are seeking, then these are probably not for you. They do make you pee a lot.. lol.. and are at a good price point.

I have used Life Extensions products without any issues in the past. However, when I purchased their creatine product, the bottle arrived deformed at the bottom and the label was poorly applied. Given the risk of knockoff products on Amazon, I’m concerned about the authenticity of what I received. The obvious quality control issues with the bottle make me wary of potential problems elsewhere. I attempted to exchange or return it but found that I couldn’t. I also purchased their Tyrosine product, but this experience has made me reconsider using Life Extension products in the future.
