I was hoping these would be something different like Cinsulin from Costco, but these are just ordinary like the cinnamon capsules I’ve been buying at Sam’s. They’re okay, but I can buy them at Sam’s just as easy.

Great product for helping me keep my blood glucose levels in check! I work hard to control my diabetes by not eating anything that spikes my blood glucose levels… but, face it, none of us are perfect and sugars & processed grains are pretty much everywhere in the center aisles of the grocery store. When my doctor has given me the hemoglobin A1c test the last four or five times, the results have been excellent. I give credit to regular use of Life Extension Cinsulin and avoidance of foods with high fructose corn syrup and white or brown sugar. I don’t have to use any medication to control diabetes. Over the years despite watching my diet my fasting glucose numbers had slowly climbed. After I had a few reading of 110 my doctor was talking about medication which I absolutely didn’t want because I had read about too many negative side effects. I ordered LE CinSulin and took one capsule each before morning, noon and evening meals. After two days my morning reading was 70! I reduced to 2 capsules, and still stayed around 76 to 78. During a checkup my doctor suggested taking only one pill which still kept me in the lower 80’s range. One day (on my birthday) I splurged with German potato salad and the morning reading was 110. After taking 3 pills for only one day I was down to 76 on the following morning.

Since starting on this, I’m noticing more consistent energy levels, less acne and less weird sensations in my feet.
