3 caps am and hs keep my leg cramps away. I could not use anything else. Boron is natural in vegetables. Because we do not grow our veggies anymore, the Boron is depleted in store-bought veggies because the people who grow our veggies have not taken care of the land that they use by planting 3 or more crops and using chemicals to replenish the soil so they can grow more crops. These chemicals do not naturally replenish the boron we get from the veggies.

I’ve started taking Life Extension Boron 3mg capsules daily. They are small, easy to swallow, and have no aftertaste. While it’s too early to notice any long-term effects. I plan to continue using this product. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting new supplements.

I’m not bashing on this item but probably reasonable to get the Two-Per-Day Multivitamin by Life Extension instead; it has the same amount of boron per serving already in it along with other vitamins and minerals. Unless looking to supplement even more boron on its own than needed along with the multivitamin mentioned, this works too, I suppose (probably dangerous tho).
I’m happy I noticed this because I would’ve been taking an upper limit of the recommended daily dose of boron because I bought boron on its own and the multi vitamins without reviewing all of the ingredients.

I started taking Boron two weeks ago for arthritis and swelling in my knee. The swelling and arthritic pain has subsided significantly. I have not had any side effects. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to take this supplement.
