My wife took these because of the benefits. This brand is a well known brand and it says it’s non-GMO. That’s important. She didn’t notice any difference but that’s not to say there wasn’t. I would say it’s going to take more than a month.

I am disappointed that this garlic supplement is not actually odorless as claimed. I use other truly odorless garlic supplements regularly with no issue, but this product causes me to have noticeable garlic breath and body odor for hours. Otherwise it seems to act similarly to other supplements, doesn’t cause any stomach upset or digestive issues, no garlic burps. Easy to swallow and little to no taste.

This supplement is a capsule. It says odorless but I do get a faint hint of garlic when I open the bottle. That doesn’t bother me though. I also find these capsules, that are just a bit larger than the standard size, are easy to swallow. I found them to be tasteless and I didn’t get any garlic burps or anything like that. I also like the flip top lid, although if you have little ones that could get into things at home, you may want to keep them out of reach with that lid. That isn’t a concern at my house so I find it handy. I also think this is a good quality supplement and I was happy with it. I would re-order.

I love this product so far. I always want to eat more garlic because of all of its benefits, but I really don’t like the flavor or the bad breath I get afterwards. This supplement makes it easy to get all the benefits of garlic without the negatives. The pills are small and easy to use and I don’t get that same aftertaste I get from eating garlic.
