The maximum recommended amount of iodine for an adult to have is 1.2mg. These are 20mg. This can cause hypertension. I do like that it’s unabashadly iodine and if you’re afraid of a hormone issue, this can be nice. I don’t like that this is solidly something to be concerned about.

Due to a lack of iodine in our diets. Most westerners have an iodine deficiency that can cause issues that we are blind to. This product really aids in the proper dietary consumption of this much needed element. The capsules are very small and easy to ingest. The flavor is essentially tasteless and as far as I can see absorbs easily.
