    This body oil smells so good. It is not too thick, not too thin. Spreads well. It does lock in moisture on my skin. It is edible but I have not tried it like that.

    This oil has a weird smell to it not like the description. I didn’t even want to put it on because I didn’t want to smell like it

    So, the biggest surprise with this oil was that although it’s edible and from a brand called LICK, I get absolutely no flavor from this. So, yes, it’s probably safe to eat it (in small quantities since I doubt you’re looking for the effects of castor oil when you try it), but they give you no motivation to do so. I’d also like to point out that it isn’t actually advertised as being flavored although the scents are listed as flavor on the bottle, but I think it’s reasonable to make the assumption that it might be.
    Apart from having no flavor, it’s very nice as a moisturizer and its ingredients like castor oil and jojoba oil are widely regarded as being very good for the skin. Absolutely no complaints about it as a moisturizer.
    I wouldn’t call the scent strawberry so much as strawberry flavored candy or strawberry slushy scent. More than anything else, it has a very sweet scent. If you’re looking for the tangy smell of real strawberries, this isn’t it, but the smell is pleasant enough. The scent is obvious when I take a sniff of the bottle, but I don’t get much scent from it after applying it to my skin. I’m not entirely sure whether that’s good or bad. I think they’d make more food-flavored perfumes if people actually wanted to go around smelling like food all day.

    OVERALL
    Very good moisturizing ability.
    Sweet, candy-like scent that isn’t overpowering when applied to skin in small quantities.
    No flavor.

    I really like that this has several natural oils and is pretty much chemical free. The strawberry scent is mild and dissipates quickly. I’m not sure what it is, maybe the specific blend of these oils, but it seems to have a weird unpleasant smell after the strawberry wears off. At first I thought it might have been something else but I definitely narrowed it down to this oil. My partner didn’t really notice it, but for me, it’s a fairly unpleasant odor.

    I LOVE the smell of this body oil. Strawberry is my favorite! The oil is great and made of wonderful ingredients. It’s a little sticky but moisturizing.

    After I tried this stuff, I looked at the bottle cause I thought maybe it wasn’t edible. Like maybe I missed something. I mean it’s called “Lick”. And then I saw the word edible and realized I guess it IS supposed to be able to be ingested. But why? It’s sour tasting. I’ll use it, but not in the bedroom, if you know what I mean.

    This seems to be priced right. Though I wish it tasted good and could be used as a lubricant.
