So, I decided to try this to jump start being healthier.
Very surprised not too sweet and kept me full all day. The first 2 days are to worst as far as fighting off cravings, especially during turkey season going into Xmas.
I felt very different, more focused, more energetic.
Scary because I realized how much sugar/starches I was consuming before, which of course made me feel so heavy/bloated and tired.
After 2 days, I restarted with small unhealthy choices, which made me feel crappy again.
But, the worst part was my gut was used to almost no solid food, then getting back into solid food, I had diarrhea, several times.
It hurt, but I recovered and got used to it and actually, found out that while I DID eat bad, I think the amount of food my stomach was used to having shrunk, and I don’t want to eat a large amount of, anything. In fact, I just become more thirsty for water.
I hope it’s not an issue with my kidneys. I also didn’t realize how much I should’ve drank H20 but didnt.
So, in summary, good experience except for my relapse, I will restart and be more disciplined with the cleanse.

I bought multiple boxes of this & just started up again. I am not a fan of the Colombian Yerba Mate one however, in order to make it palatable I added cinnamon, honey & lemon & now it tastes great. I don’t feel deprived when I have this. I started working out again last week & am averaging 20-22k steps per day so, I like that these give me energy, I don’t have any crash at all, my energy is focused & stabilized all day. Yes, they are a bit pricey but, I have paid more for other so called cleanses such as the bikini cleanse & got way less. Trust me this is worth it!

I haven’t tried “this” product yet – but it looks more like getting rid of 🤑inventory🤑 – then the care/ presentation…NOT GOOD!!!

My favorite was the coffee flavored and the matcha. I just mixed with water and they were really good. I tried to mix with coffee but that was not great.

I adore this company and it’s products. I haven’t done a 5 day cleanse before, only 3 days. So, this was new for me. And, well, it did what it said it would. My system feels very clean. (For everyone worried about the gas and bathroom trips; that is what cleanses do. If they’re making you feel really uncomfortable, seek a different medium. They’re not for everyone.)
These taste great. And, it’s one of the more affordable powder based cleanses.
I will say the only thing is that the powders are inconvenient to get into their brand of bottle, AND they’re a bit clumpy.
I combated that with a different blender bottle, ice, and oat milk. The ice helped smooth the clumps more than just the blender ball, and the oatmilk (or milk of your choice) is a better carrier for the solids (grainy parts) of the powders.
I’m probably going to do this once a month, or switch between it and their juices… Because, just, I LOVE THEM.

It tasted very good and I lost one pound after one day. I do not recommend doing it all the time. It was nice and calming.
