I have done many cleanses before but Ganga down this is my new favorite. I haven’t lost as much as I did on others but 4 lbs in 3 days is still great and I don’t feel ravenous on my 4th day like I usually do on others. I think this cleanse incorporating one meal a day makes this a healthier more sustainable option than other cleavers ive done. I liked it so much I just order another 5 days. It also tastes amazing. I mixed line w vanilla unsweetened almond milk which did add 30 calories per shake but they were filling and yummy. Can’t wait for my next 5 days to come. Great product don’t hesitate to order. Price point is great also, great value compared to others.

While this price point, nice flavors, and added bonus of a cute shaker bottle are good selling points, it was difficult for me to complete this cleanse. I found myself bloated and gassy and the opposite of being “cleansed” by day 2 of consistent use. The flavors and variety were great but I would not buy this again unfortunately. If you’re looking for some nice beverages to enjoy every now and then, this product would be better for that purpose than for a replacement to a juice cleanse.

When I first tasted the latte I wanted to vomit, but I let it slide because I was hungover. So I just started chugging. The lattes got tastier as the day went on they were just a bit gritty. Second day I started chugging all the lattes. I wasn’t hungry but felt like I had eaten. I didn’t feel starved. I lost 5 pounds in just two days. I’d drink piss if it meant I would lose weight. I’ve tried so many things and this is by far the best one. All of you are crybabies talking about the taste. Stay chunky monkey then. I’ll be over here skinny drinking my gritty lattes fitting in a slutty Christmas outfit for my hubby. Ten out of ten and will be purchasing again.

I wasted $65 on a cleanse that was supposed to be a “fat burn cleanse”, “Boost Burn Control”, to help with mental clarity, glow, bloating so you feel lighter according to their own statements and promotional materials. I lost $65 that’s for sure. I don’t feel lighter, I didn’t lose any weight, i don’t feel “boosted”, I don’t feel mental clarity and my skin definitely doesn’t glow. However, I did fart non stop for three days. I thought “woman owned” would mean honesty and compassion because only women understand how much other women suffer with weight loss issues. I was wrong. The taste of each packet was ok, a little grimacing but not terrible and mixed fine. I powered through and only got an embarrassing level of farts for my hard earned money. Thanks for nothing, hope you enjoy my money!

These were delicious! I actually miss them now that I am done with the three day cleanse. I’ve done many cleanses, and this is the first on where I was able to drink all of them each day. I looked forward to having one. Another thing I like about this cleanse is that you have a small healthy meal. I felt so much better mentally and physically during and after drinking these. I felt a lot lighter and the bloated heavy feeling my guts always have was gone. I didn’t do this cleanse for any kind of weight loss, so I can’t comment on that, but I will say this is the best one I’ve done for mind clarity and to feel better all around. Definitely recommend and I look forward to the next time I need a reboot!

I love this cleanse so far ! I am on Day 2 , and my stomach feel lighter and ℹ absolutely love the Columbian coffee morning one ! Make sure you drink lots of water with them and follow the cleanse the right way !
The only packet I wasn’t crazy about was the berry dandelion, and I did experience gas after drinking this one , however this is a cleanse and we are taking in clean ingredients and flushing our system so it’s likely to have gas and even poop lol 😆 and everyone is different so my suggestion is take an antiacid if you feel too gassy!!!!
I still love this product and I love the flavors , I mixed mine with flax milk abs the coffee one I also put laird cinnamon superfood vegan creamer, Delicious !
I haven’t figured out where or how to get the recipe book yet though ?!

I just received my first order (3-day cleanse). Nicely packaged, arrived just as promised. The shake bottle has a small coil inside to help mix the powder and it’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen. You can tell, by the attention to detail and elegant designs of the bottle and box, that this is a women founded/led/owned company. Some people mentioned the stevia aftertaste
I am used to stevia so this is probably not an issue for anyone already using stevia. Also, I needed to contact customer service and was very pleasantly surprised how quickly they answered my question. I could not be more pleased with the purchase and will be back for more. PS Out of curiosity and lack of patience, I tried the berry dandelion latte last night and the coffee one this morning and loved both. Starting the cleanse over the weekend. Can hardly wait!!!
