Great taste and completely imperceptible “medicinal” taste. Took more than I should have daily because they taste good with the texture of regular jelly beans and they settled my bloated tummy quickly. With confidence I knew I’d have a flat tummy when I took them , so value for money – absolutely yes.

I did read the reviews prior to purchase so I started by taking only half of one gummy per day to try and avoid any unnecessary issues. Day 1 went fine but I didn’t notice any differences in my stomach. Day 2, I took a half and had a feeling in my stomach like a rock was in my gut. I laid down for 20 minutes between my meetings and it didn’t subside. I drank more water thinking maybe I was just dehydrated. The pain continued. I didn’t know if it was DeBloat or something else. Day 3, I took half a gummy again in the morning after I ate breakfast, again, the feeling of a rock in my gut and it progressively got worse for a few hours. Day 4, I didn’t take DeBloat and ate the same breakfast as always, no stomach pains at all. Day 5, I didn’t take DeBloat, same breakfast as always, no issues. Day 6, took half a DeBloat gummy and had the same rock in my gut followed by pain so bad that I had to lay down for over an hour until it was just manageable. Needless to say, I gave it a fair try and I do believe it was the DeBloat causing issues. It’s unfortunate that I can’t even exchange this product for a different product Lemme offers as I do love their Focus gummy. You’ve been warned.

I DID learn about this product line from the Kardashians so I was dubious. Like is this just some celebrity sponsored sugar pill? I saw more info on the show about how the products came about. I read the reviews and researched the ingredients and thought I’d give this a try.
I am middle aged, going through menopause, feeling foggy, bloated, tired and put on a lot of weight in the last year due to an injury. I was already doing multi-vitamins, supplements, probiotics, intermittent fasting and trying to eat as clean as possible. I drink loads of water and watch my salt intake. I still do eat carbs. I felt worse and worse. Intermittent fasting made me feel even MORE fatigued with no weight loss.
ONE WEEK after using Lemme Debloat and Lemme Burn and I can honestly say I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I have not felt this good IN YEARS.
My digestive system is working like it did years ago. Even using probiotics and fiber my digestion was problematic. Now my system is working SO HEALTHY again.
I’ve been dragging with fatigue for as long as I can remember and today at work, I was actually wide awake and alert. I looked in the mirror and I couldn’t believe it. My eyes/eye lids are ALWAYS puffy and droopy looking. MY EYES WERE NO LONGER PUFFY. My stomach did not feel bloated. I had energy and felt more awake and alert than I have IN YEARS.
Adding these two supplements are the only thing I have changed. I’m going to stick with it. I went from feeling SO BAD all the time to measurably feeling SO MUCH BETTER.
The price is also very reasonable if you look at what other high quality supplements cost.

EDIT: After one month. Even though the recommended is 2 per day, I have only been doing 1. I have now lost 10 lbs (I have a LOT to lose) and the only change I have made is adding these supplements to my somewhat clean diet. Note: I also use Lemme Burn daily which I think makes me feel more alert and awake.
If you are considering this product and are hesitant, start with just 1 per day and see how it works for you. IDK if I will go up to 2 because so far, this is working REALLY well for me.

This product doesn’t really work. At times it makes me have cramps and really bad bowel movement… the next day. Not worth the expensive price. Get a probiotic instead !

I recently started taking Lemme Debloat. It has not been an entire 30 days as of yet so I can not give a full honest opinion on results. The gummies are nice tasting and soft. I like that they do not have sugar coating. I am taking these gut health gummies along withe the Lemme Burn. I hope to see and feel results of a healthier more energized me.

I have previously tried so many products to help with my digestion problems and stubborn belly bloat. I ordered this product as a last resort shot, thinking I would live out my days in discomfort. After being on these gummies for a week, I am over the moon and smiling. They work, with absolutely no side effects. I am regular, my belly is on its way down and I feel great. I am so so happy. I was hesitant to try these as I felt like I was just buying a “brand” and pretty packaging….. but they work. Well, at least for me. Lemme debloat taste great & for me I think it has helped me stay regular, hence the debloat. I even stopped using them for a month and noticed a difference not taking them vs. taking them again. I personally really like them. Also, the lemme sleep are the best melatonin working gummies I’ve had! They are amazing!
