This works and really helped hit my weight loss and dietary goals, which I put a lot of energy and time into (planning meals, calories, macros etc). This also helped increase my energy levels and gave me good motivation for gym and getting my steps in. I have a crazy sweet tooth! Everytime I have my meal I want something sweet afterwards.
I had my breakfast meal, and I took a candy of these cause I wanted something sweet after. It right away took that craving away because the taste was bitter and not good. But about 30 minutes later I got the craving again so I wouldn’t say it keeps it off. I’m incredibly tired so I didn’t get the energy from it.
I honestly would not re-purchase this again. Thankfully I got it during a sale.

Ok, so I didn’t realize until after I purchased that this is Kourtney Kardashian’s company. Not being a fan of the Kardashians, it pains me to put money in any of their pockets….BUT, these taste SO good and more importantly, THEY WORK!!! Trust me, I have a very fickle pallet, so if I approve of he taste, then it’s good! Been taking these for almost a week now and I noticed a decrease in appetite and cravings the first day. I never want to be without these, so I will be purchasing again!

I’m not gonna lie, I was skeptical because it’s owned by the kardashians and they’re clearly not licensed herbalists or naturopaths. BUT – I was so pleasantly surprised! These are probably the best tasting supplements I’ve purchased in a very long time, and they actually work. It took a week to start working but by week 2 my appetite was drastically reduced and my cravings were non existent.

I honestly think these work. I was a huge evening snacker and would usually swing between salty and sweet things, and a lot of them. When I feel that feeling coming on I just pop one of these and wait to see if I’m still hungry. I am then not. Would recommend!

Good, kinda hard and hurt to chew but I like how convenient they are compared to the capsules. They really do work at curbing your appetite.
