I see that some have stated these can come broken and smelly inside the bottle. I have ordered on two separate occasions now and I have not experienced any of that. I mean is you open the bottle you can definitely tell it’s fish oil, but it is not offensive at all. I highly recommend this product especially if you are a pretty active person in life and/or the gym.
The Good:
• Easy to swallow
• No aftertaste
• No fish burps
• Helps reduce inflammation after hours at the gym. I get sore less.
The Bad:
1. Expensive
2. 2 pills 2x per day.

This is undoubtedly the best fish oil I have tried. I have tried several of the fish oils recommended on lab door, and this is definitely takes the cake. Before you even purchase a product from Legion Athletics, I recommend you look at their website for each of their products. They go into detail as to why each thing is included in their product- if they couldn’t find a reason for it, they wouldn’t put it in. They also give references to primary research articles that back up their rational. That might not matter for a lot of people, but it is nice to know they aren’t just making things up for the purposes of marketing. That also means that they aren’t filling their products up with crap in order to save money. Legion’s supplement line is the creation of Mike Matthews who is a best-selling author and creator of muscleforlife.com. His website is indisputably one of the best resources for people looking to get fit. I bought this fish oil because if Mike Matthews is behind it, it has to be good. He is one of the few legit people in the fitness world.

The product arrived on time and in good condition. I started taking it last week so it is too soon to see the long term results. I can say that, being on a lower fat diet, this really helped my body feel like it was getting more of what it needed since I tend to have dry skin and scalp. There is no nasty fishy aftertaste. And I’ve heard people talk about how fish oils cause burps that taste disgusting and I haven’t experienced that whatsoever. I also really like ordering from Legion. The people that work there are reliable and answer my e-mails and questions about products promptly. I HIGHLY recommend the products and back the people behind the business. I bought these because I lost allot of Weight and of course the older we get the less elastic our skin, so when I looked up what I could do to try to help, fish oil and beef gelatin were what I found. I didn’t want any supplements filled with a bunch of crap, and certainly don’t want anything fishy smelling, as I do not eat fish, and gross anyways..I do not burp fish, And they dont smell fishy. So far so good. I just started taking them so not sure if they’ll work for the purpose I want. But, I will say I think this is a good quality product!

I am a big fan of Legion Athletics products, because they are generally high-quality and no BS. So I was disappointed when my first bottle of Triton capsules contained some leaking capsules that got progressively more rancid as they aged. Somehow even the non-leaking capsules started to taste bad and made my fingers smell bad from just touching them.
I will try another bottle because I’m sold on why these fish oil capsules are better than others, but if the next bottle contains broken capsules, I’ll ask for my money back and buy a brand with better quality control.

Great product. I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and Legion holds true to this. They do not cheat their customers with ingredients and are completely transparent. This Fish Oil is almost double the dose of the Dr. Tobias Fish Oil i have been taking for almost 2 years. I am considering making the switch!

First time taking Fish Oil. Direction on the bottle say to take 4, I took two and now I’m burping up fish. (probably my fault for not eating beforehand)
