I have been working out and exercising as a new postpartum mom. I try to keep my caffeine amount limited because I am breast feeding and noticed a drop in my supply if I over caffeinate. I searched online for the best preworkout for breast feeding moms and came across this brand, legion. I had never used a non-caffeinated preworkout before and let me say, I will NEVER go back. This preworkout gives me clean and fresh energy with no crash later! I don’t feel groggy or sleepy after it wears off like with other pre workouts. The flavor is great as well which is a plus! I will be shopping their other products as I highly appreciate the science and research backed formulas. It comes with a moisture packet and scoop so it’s ready to use! I normally mix mine with about 4 oz of water to get it down fast. It usually starts working within 15 minutes.

This is an excellent product. I am reviewing the stim free version of Pulse. The flavor is great, the grape is delicious especially with ice in the shaker cup. It mixes really easy and is great to take day or night. I have a new baby and I don’t need another cup of caffeine late in the day so this supplement still gives me the benefit of a pre workout without the added caffeine. I have tried other flavors of their products and haven’t found one I don’t like. There is a generous amount of product per container and it has become one I go to multiple times a week now. I highly recommend this product for weightlifting and aerobic training. I use it before swims and have noticed a benefit on those days as well. You do still get a tingling sensation like you do with the caffeine version but I don’t feel like it lasts as long or is as noticeable.

The blue raspberry has a nice subtle flavor. It’s slightly tart and not very sweet. It dissolves easily in a glass of water. I don’t feel jittery or gross after taking it, but I do feel ready to tackle the day’s workout. I’d recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a caffeine-free alternative.

Well I ordered the caffeine free version because I have a sensitivity to caffeine, and still want to maintain my workout regimen. I got it and was super excited, had read all the details and nutritional label online so I didn’t bother looking at the label, and got a scoop and drank it, welp they sent me the 350mg per scoop caffeinated pre workout. Tastes great, works great, except I had heart palpitations. Then tried to return it but Amazon would not allow it, even tried calling them and they hung up on me. Needless to say excited about the brand and the product, but will not be ordering again without the chance to return it if it’s wrong again.

I have tried many pre workout products and pulse is by far the best I’ve used. The right amounts of the ingredients you need. Mixed well and taste good!

This is a money making gimmick. I have done a good quality pre workout for years and am a high intensity athlete. I had to try a new one temporarily bc my favorite brand is reformulating their pre workout (they actually care about their customers!!). I bought it because I am breastfeeding as well so I didn’t want a strong pre workout. I have NEVER had the weird pinpricks on my face and body that this caused. Not only that, it hit me so strong and made me feel chemical(ed) up. I went to return because I deem it unsafe and false advertising, but it is not returnable. This tells me also that the company is just getting people to buy this product and don’t care about quality only money. Find a reputable company that doesn’t lie and don’t buy this product. It is, in my options, unsafe for consumption.

I’m glad to have found this product! It’s nice to find a pre-workout that isn’t loaded with caffeine. It tastes great and mixes very easily in water. I can’t say for certain it enhances my workouts, but my gym sessions have gone well while taking this so far. I like how there’s some type of lab testing done so I have some comfort knowing it’s pretty safe. I’ll continue to use this on tougher workout days. One thing I do notice is that my face gets a little tingly sensation after taking it though, but the internet says that’s common for pre-workouts in general.
