Highly recommend this iron supplement for a couple reasons. First, it has vitamin C to help with absorption. Second, it’s a good quality iron that should work well for you if you’re looking to raise your iron levels. Not all iron is created equal! Do your research and look for a high-quality supplement that your body can absorb. I’ve had zero stomach upset or discomfort when taking this iron supplement.

wanted to try these as can get many vitamins in a drink so easier to take plus you can just eat the powder, mix with water or sprinkle over food. The flavor is ok, not horrible and I feel mixed with a little water is much easier. It is great way to get your vitamins.

You just dissolve it on your tongue once or twice a day depending on how anemic you are. You will have more energy soon.

This supplement is designed for good absorption – you might have heard of “bioavailability” of iron. There’s Vitamin-C in here to aid absorption as well. The capsules are easy-ish to swallow although much larger than some other iron supplements – again, all are not created equal. I went through the pack and didn’t have any side effects.
