I have been taking probiotics for a couple of years and it has really helped with my digestive issues. Gut health is a big piece of one’s overall health. I checked out the Layer Origin store, and they have quite a variety of products for digestive health. I can’t pretend to understand all the science behind the HMO’s and LNnT’s but they seem to be working for me. This supplement is made in the USA in an FDA registered facility.

The first week the product worked very well. In the second week it didn’t work and made my belly very swollen and bloating. So I stopped using these pills.

I got this to help with my gut microbiome, and wow, has it made a difference! Helps with immunity, too, I’m noticing (as people get sick all around me and I stay well). When it came, I opened it up and smelled it, and it smelled amazing, almost like caramel. I’m sold.

The Layer Origin website provides a virtual WEALTH of knowledge and as is plainly stated there, their products do not contain any real human milk, rather cow’s milk (specifically the lactose) is by complex fermentation and purification methods processed into a substance which is ‘bio-identical’ to key HMOs found in human breastmilk.
Being a senior, I am particularly intrigued by their SuperHMO product line as it contains multiple HMO’s which have been through extensive research proven to support the brain (cognitive function) and are further understood to have the potential to assist with numerous other age-related health challenges. Even so, the wide range of potential benefits are most certainly NOT limited by age…
Probiotic products became all the rage decades ago when even without the push of social media and hordes of ‘influencers’, an enormously profitable industry was birthed. But what has remained largely unmentioned by that industry is the fact that probiotics are singly inadequate to provide the sufficient ‘care AND feeding’ required by the human gut to function properly. This is hugely problematic, as the gut has been for years considered by researchers to be our ‘second brain.’
Decades ago, I used bovine colostrum as the base from which I worked to restore my health after developing serious immune issues. But since ordering this product I have spent literally hours studying the information on Layer Origin’s website and am persuaded that their products are for many reasons superior. This particular formula contains 5 very specific HMOs in combination with several well understood strains of probiotic – which as a single product offers considerable potential benefit and convenience.
I intend to continue with this company by ordering their “SuperHMO® Prebiotic Mix with 5 HMOs” on subscription (the price is better through their website) and bolstering its benefit by consuming homemade Kefir, which naturally contains numerous strains of probiotics and other important nutrients.
So, spend the time needed to really educate yourself on the potential benefits of these products, by which you’ll be in the position to decide what may be the right choice for you!

I have been taking probiotics and to a lesser degree prebiotics for a long time. I also eat yogurt made from raw milk everyday. I have never really noticed a difference from taking them or eating yogurt. I have noticed a difference with this bottle of Layer Origin SuperHMO: Synbiotic. This is a supplement I will continue to buy and use.

HMO probiotics are serious health care. They are really effective for protecting and repairing gut health.
These are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach at all.

30 day supply. Seems to be pretty much like most other brands I’ve tried. Not any worse or better.
1 Star = Absolute garbage, 2 Stars = Below average or not as good as expected, 3 Stars = Average or quality is as I expected, 4 Stars = Better than I expected and 5 Stars = Exceptional jaw dropping masterpiece and the quality most definitely blows the competition away.
