What is there to LOVE about a laxative? Well, if you’ve got a recurring obstructed bowel as I have, and you land in the hospital all too frequently despite being careful about your entire regimen of diet and exercise, you can LOVE a laxative for what it does to keep you out of the hospital with a nasogastric tube stuck down your nose and throat. ICK!!!! Together with another strong laxative which I also purchase from Amazon, all by doctor’s orders, I have been able to maintain a non-obstructed condition for three months. That’s something when you are usually landing in the hospital every 2 1/2 weeks! This product is the maximum strength that you can get in sennosides, which is a gentle laxatve, but it works. Thank heavens that it comes in this strength because I can take just 2 pills instead of 4 or 5, AND this is much more economical than the lower strength. It also has a very good enteric coating which makes it easy to swallow, a problem I have because I’m very dry. This doesn’t make a great gift, but it sure does do the work that it’s meant to do. I recommend it highly.
