Cheap Chrissy –
A very small amount of this on an artificial loofah was plenty enough to create a frothy lather on my entire body. It has a very delicate floral scent that reminds me a bit of rosemary. It does not linger after rinsing, just leaves the skin smelling and feeling clean, so those of the less fair gender need not worry about smelling like a floral garden. It did not irritate my sensitive skin nor even my more delicate lady parts. Such a large bottle will go a long way since you don’t need to use much.

Good value, considering its size, price, and results.
How received
The Edenika lavender body wash was received in a very sturdy sealed cardboard package that was plain and had no pictures or descriptions of the product inside Which is okay. The package measured about 7” x 5½” x 2¾”.
What did I get?
I received a generous sized squeeze bottle that was entirely “sealed” in shrink-wrap (much appreciated, ensures product integrity in my mind). I also received a pump that was not sealed (I probably won’t use it) and a bonus packet of YlangYlang body wash (which is also a flower-based scent typically from Asia, which everybody seems to be raving about). The squeeze bottle weighed in at (1LB) and (3.3oz). The contents inside the bottle measures in at (16) fluid ounces. The squeeze bottle is tall, at (7½”). The diameter of the bottom of the bottle is (2.50”) in diameter. It’s a classic shampoo styled of a bottle.
Cost
Reasonable, at under ($10), at least in my neck of the woods. There are cheaper other mass marketed washes but compare ingredients and results and then decide.
Tested
This was tested on an adult, with extremely sensitive skin. They were pleasantly surprised with the positive results, no drying, irritating, itching, and their skin felt supple.
Country of manufacture and Characteristics
This wash is made in the U.S.A… The wash has an ever so subtle soapy scent, which we were indifferent on, and then the aroma of lavender. Using this wash with a puff puff is recommended, to maximize lather, which the amount of is a little underwhelming, which is to be expected, considering its ingredients.
What are the ingredients?
There is a lot of science in this bottle. Purified Water, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lauramine Oxide, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Polyquaternium 10, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium 7, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Sodium Benzoate, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, PPG-5 Ceteth-20, Citric Acid, Propanediol, Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower Extract*, Citrus Aurantium (Orange) Fruit Extract*, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract*, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil *, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E).*Certified Organic
So why do I think this did not lather up much?
I think the reason is that this lacks sodium “lauryl” sulfate (SLS) a chemical that’s commonly used in soaps, shampoos, and shower gels as a surfactant – think foaming agent for creating lots of suds; and sodium “laureth” sulfate (SLES), which is said to be a slightly less harsh version of SLS. The wash is free from SLS/SLES, which is a must for me.
The wash results
Our results were surprising, but not overwhelming. Skin was left supple, smooth, soft, instead of being left tight, dry, and/or irritated; but lathering was difficult and although the aroma of lavender grew stronger from that when sniffing at the bottle, I thought the lavender aroma materially disappeared after rinsing. My spouse thought differently, and I reconsidered. Nope, not strong enough, but I do prefer heavier soap perfumes.
Select again
Yes, I would probably select this again when the bottle finally empties. However, which may be sooner, rather than later, as I am using a heavier amount to try to get the lather going.
Now everyone’s skin type has its own requirements, however, for all the skin types in our family, I found this wash nicer, than not.

This body wash is very soothing. It makes my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. Even in the winter, I did not feel like I need to apply lotion after at all. The body wash is a clear purple color, it’s somewhat thick and it doesn’t need a lot to lather. The bottle also comes with an optional pump to use as needed. The one thing I don’t like about the body wash is that it doesn’t smell very good. There is a very faint scent of lavender, but it smells mostly like vinegar and glue. It was still a very good body wash at an affordable price but it just doesn’t smell very good.

The bottle arrived well-protected with an optional pump separately. It came with 2 samplers of other scents. The Ylang Ylang is lovely but similarly faint.
I inserted the pump to make it easier to use in the shower. The lavender body wash comes out an appropriate purple, not too thick. I use a Korean wash cloth and gave it three pumps. It lathers moderately well, which is good because it doesn’t use sulfates. It smells faintly of lavender, just enough to register and hinder any other scent.
It cleans well, is gentle and non-drying, leaving skin soft. The scent washes away with it. I really like the results and the aim to use natural ingredients. The price is good considering that.

Overall, I would highly recommend this lavender body wash to anyone looking for a product that smells great, feels great on the skin, and provides a soothing, spa-like experience in the comfort of their own shower. It’s a true pleasure to use, and I look forward to using it every day.

The body wash cleans well and smells great. Comes with a pump cap or a squeeze cap so you can choose which you like to use. This body wash doesn’t foam/lather up like other body washes I’ve used in the past but you do get foam like using a bar of soap. Skin feels fresh and clean, After the first use there was a noticeable texture difference in my skin its was a lot smoother Also comes with 2 sample pouches of body wash I got Coconut and Ylang-ylang for my samples.
Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a body wash that cleans well with out drying out the skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth.
