    I bought several things in my order to do home pedicures. This item somehow got displaced. The seller quickly fixed the mistake. The product is amazing-smells great and works great with my exfoliator.

    Opening the Essentially KateS Lavender Body Scrub it has a purple crystalized look to it. Smells amazing I love lavender and don’t know why but lavender’s scent has always had a calming affect on me simply by inhaling it. They include a wooden flat spoon stick which looks similar to those disposable ones you find included with a cup of individual sized ice cream. Might have been nicer to have been a reusable plastic or silicone one but just my thoughts.

    I don’t know if it was just a hot shower I took or the massage from the shower head or the scrub itself but I used it on my sore stiff shoulder muscles on my left side that was bothering me this evening. So I rubbed a fairly large amount and using my fingers to massage deeply in the muscle trying to work the tension out and increase the blood flow to the area. I can’t say which during my shower was more effective as far as which one alleviated the pain but it feels almost back to normal just a minimal ache instead of that tight constant pain. I’d like to think the scrub played a part in it but can’t say for sure lol.

    The scrub does feel really good and the lavender oil in it definitely adds to the experience. Because of the smell I enjoyed using it a lot more than most every scrub I’ve tried. Generally they have an ok smell but nothing to get excited about or write home about. When you rinse it off your skin does have an oil feel on it. Nost sure how much is actually absorbed by your skin though as it seems to wash off easily which is a good thing espeically if you use it on your feet while standing in the shower. Great product!!

    This stuff is ok but I won’t be buying it again. I was looking for something more oil based to moisturize and soften as I exfoliate. It’s dry and the tub is small.

    The smell is amazing. Five stars for the aroma. However, I have cats and I don’t enjoy rubbing salt in my teeny, tiny wounds.
