The design of this toner bottle is so concise and artistic! I’m a loyal customer of laneige’s lip masks and this is the first time that I tried toner.
It provides moderate level of hydration and I love the soothing and relaxing scents of this toner. My skin feels comfortable after the first time I used it.
However, the third time that I tried this toner, I have some allergy/acne reactions. My skin type is dry and sensitive, and I rarely have problem with acne. But my face turned red and have 3 acne appeared.
I stopped using it for a while and I just tried it yesterday. Everything seems to be fine again.
So my conclusion is that it’s probably fine for sensitive skin, but since it contains acid, it’s better to be careful and stop using it a while when your skin condition is not healthy and reliable.
It’s really a good toner and I like it a lot, but I would recommend think twice if your skin is sensitive as I do.

Before this, I was using an old toner that’s discontinued apparently by Laneige and I loved it so much but it was getting less so I decided to buy a new toner and opted for this since it’s for dry skin and I did not expect the texture to be what it was. Instead of being a watery consistency like most toners this one is more of a thicker consistency. When I poured it out onto the cotton pad i had to basically shake it out and it wasn’t watery. I’m pretty sure the formula is that way for dry skin and it feels very nice and cool on my skin. I don’t need to use much either. I’ve been using this in my skincare routine and my skin feels better and less dry. I don’t use this alone but with many other products (mainly Korean products). I also liked that it was sealed as it should be. Most or some skincare or makeup stuff aren’t sealed from some brands so I’m glad it had a seal and I really like the packaging or design of the product.

I recently started using this toner mixed with collagen eye patches and both have really helped my deep pores on my cheeks. I found a little goes a long way if you pour it into your hands rather than using a facial pad to apply. Design recommendation would be a push spout as the bottle is glass so you have to shake the bottle to get the toner out and it comes out slowly.
